Just spent 4 days at Level hotel. This property is beautiful and immaculately clean. Everywhere we went it seems like someone was cleaning.
We did have a couple of issues with our room. The vents were pumping out hot air and we could not cool the room off without opening the balcony door. Maintenance came out and attempted to fix but it didn’t last long before it was overly hot again. Also woke up to noisy construction at 7:30 am our second morning. I called down to the desk again to report the noise and the heat issue at which point they moved us to another floor, with a room upgrade to a one bedroom suite which kind of made up for the hassles. The new room was great, definitely a little more spacious. Only complaint with it as it has no bathroom fan.
Other than these issues I will say the property is beautiful, modern, and good location and the staff were all friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
Would be nice to have a restaurant on site, or at least a coffee shop but we were aware of this before going and we were on the move a lot anyways it was not an issue. Other things I read in reviews prior to going: no maid service unless staying 4+ days, poor signage of amenities, confusing to get around. Again since I expected this it wasn’t a disappointment. The hotel has 3 pools, all have hot tubs and the indoor one has a cold plunge. There is a playground, huge games room, theatre, karaoke room. Overall a great hotel. Would stay again.
