This was advertised as a pent house with a view. It was on the top floor but definitely not a pent house w a view. One has to go to the communal space on each floor in order to have a view. The windows in the apt opened onto other apartments. Also, to have to put bags in the car in the garage, exit the garage and then find parking in order to run the fob back into the building was frustrating. I was looking for a scenic view for friends unfamiliar with Seattle. I would not have chosen this place if I had known they would see nothing but more buildings from their window. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here - good communication from Ryan and he was helpful. The apartment was clean and it is in a great location for exploring central Seattle (not to mention above Macrina Bakery). The kitchen had enough pots, pans, etc. for cooking. The parking space is pretty small and next to a pillar, so if you have a larger car, it may be difficult to fit. It was a quiet location and was nice to have the ability to work out in the little gym while on vacation.Really 4.5 Stars - a little less than 5 stars because the twin bed/chair thing and the couch bed are uncomfortable. The regular beds are comfortable, though. The bedrooms have curtains and would love to have curtains in the living room, too (not just the shades) - there is a curtain rod already hung and would help keeping light out especially for a person sleeping on the pull out couch.

This was a wonderful place to gather with friends while visiting Seattle! So close to everything, within walking distance to all of the sites that we wanted to visit. We did use the laundry facilities and the kitchen, no issues with either and nice to have the amenities.

It was completely walkable to all the tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub were a welcome perk at the end of a long day touring the city. Parking spot underneath was great! Great Seattle location

A very comfortable, well-located Seattle property. Very clean, secure, and comfortable. Close enough to access Pike, Space Needle/Chihuly with a moderate walk in safe surroundings. MANY good restaurants within 10 min walk. Just a few tweaks would have been 5 star: need more wash cloths, some tea towels, more quality blinds, some updated tables in living area, a hair dryer in both bathrooms (there was one but not two.) Overall, we'd definitely recommend!

Great family vacation

Our 4 day stay was perfect for a visit to Seattle with the family. The location was great, with easy access to the tourist spots as well as great food. The bakery downstairs is fabulous, we went there 3 mornings! The unit was a good fit for us, the only negative was that the balcony was of no use as there is no seating. The welcome person was also wonderful as he showed us the unit, helped us park (it is a very tight space) and gave us all kinds of tourist tips for our visit.

Perfect central spot for a quick overnight in Seattle!

Drove up to Seattle after visiting the Redwoods, and this spot was perfect for our quick overnight visit. Location was a convenient to two major Seattle landmarks: Space Needle and Pike’s Place Market. Although the check-in and parking information seemed complicated at first, the host was there to greet us when we arrived and walk us through everything. The apartment was clean and spacious for the four of us. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to our friends and family visiting the Seattle area!
