Staff was less than helpful. Keys kept losing access to members area. Their printer in lobby didnt work but they had enough ink to make a sign telling you to go buy prints from FedEx upstairs. Pillows were crap. Restaurant attached had fish that tasted terrible. Otherwise, it was great! We stayed 2 nights. Lol.

Pancakes served with Ketchup. in a box, not a plate, Eggs also. Cold and couldn't eat right. by the time I got a plate and syrup all cold. No hot water for morning shower. Chemical smell in meeting room actually stinged my eyes. Terrible stay. Bed was comfortable and room size nice. Expensive for a terrible stay

Usual cleanliness and nice room but when arrived quite late to hotel as train got us in from San Francisco to Seattle at around 7.30pm the room was a complete mess and had not been made up with everything thrown on floor in main room and Bathroom. So had to leave so. In room whilst went downstairs. The good news is we got the same sort of room but was upgraded to a great room view on 24th floor. In the new room though when I took a shower none of the shampoo or body wash in dispensers which were completely empty so had to step out of shower and walk across room to luckily get my small bottles of both that I had brought with me. It was said at checkout that this would be reported to manager but not even an apology. Other than that as expected

Beds were very small and not that comfortable. Small fridge in room but no microwave. Additional charges including $28 dollar a day destination fee, charge for internet, high parking fees, and food costs in the onsite bar and restaurant were way over priced given the level of service and quality of food. Pool was 3 feet deep, very small and not suitable for adults. Front staff desk were efficient and helpful. Well located but very busy hotel and overall pricey with not much service.

Hotel was perfectly located to get to all the sites. There was an excellent restaurant where we had dinner the first night and a Starbucks right off the lobby of the Sheraton. The lobby was comfortably and beautifully appointed with display windows of blown glass. Two of our planned day tours had pick up at the Sheraton , which made it quite convenient.
