This is your classic cheap hotel to stay at. People were very friendly and helpful. You get a complimentary drink when you get there. The right side elevator was not working when we got there so the elevator took a long time but thats something that could be out of their control. The hotel was mildly dated but nothing out of the extraordinary. My biggest problem is after I left I receieved an 86 dollar "resort fee" charge which put the hotel out of the price range of being a good value buy. 86 dollars was for 3 nights. This was insane to me. It was explained that it should have been posted on the third party site which it probably was but 86 dollars for literally nothing is why this is getting a lower rating. Be careful of the hidden fees. Without the 86 dollar resort fee I would have given this a higher rating but with the charge this goes to a 2.5 - 3 star at the most.

The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever had. The location is ideal for an introduction to Seattle being nearly midway on the monorail route (making it always easy to find). The monorail was right outside my window beyond some trees, but no worries as it's quieter than a standard elevated train. Complimentary metal water bottle with lobby refill station (including hot water and bubbly). Complimentary drink including beer! Great, very friendly and very helpful desk staff.

I always like Staypineapple, fun and hip place to stay. Was annoyed that my key got deactivated early and had to make extra trips up and down the elevator, especially when they admitted it was a known issue due to time change and kinda brushed it off.

Considering the overpriced weekend parking, mandatory “everything covered” fee as well as the base room rate, the quality of the room and facilities was really sub-standard. As older but tall people the bed covers are awful. Won’t stay in place and pretty much like trying to sleep under a bag full of lumpy rags. Plenty of self proclaiming signs about how great they are except they’re not. Only good feature is the location or if you have a dog - we don’t - but relatives do which is why we got roped into staying there. No fridge, no. Microwave included in base room rate.

Not impressed. Expected more.

The place was okay. From their website I was expecting more. It was just a lot of pineapples but nothing special. The coffee bar was pretty weak and if you a car big than a compact don't try and park there. The website made it look like there was a bistro with drinks, but that was just the refrigerator in the lobby. Don't bank on a fridge or microwave in the room. Also, there was no pool or hot tub. Once again, just a lot of pineapple stuff in an outdated hotel.
