Escape to Woodinville wine country in this stylish forest cottage fully detached, completely private, and designed for two.

This ~400 sq ft open studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, full kitchenette, full bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, mini-split heating and A/C, fast WiFi, and a covered timber porch where you can breathe in the forest air and listen to the birds.

You're minutes from Woodinville's best wineries and tasting rooms (Chateau Ste. Michelle, DeLille, Mathews, Januik, and more) plus great dining at Hal's, Sora Sushi, the SOMM Hotel, and the Cut Shop. Trader Joe's, Target, and Haggen are all close by.

The cottage is compact and designed for comfort and convenience.

~Kitchenette - stocked for easy meals and morning coffee: Ninja oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, wine glasses, and full dishware. (no stovetop, but the Ninja oven handles most meals.) A small dining table seats two and doubles as a dedicated workspace.
~Bathroom - full bath with tub/shower combo and grab bars.
~Sleep & comfort - comfy king-size bed, newly installed mini-split for efficient heating and air conditioning year-round, plus a ceiling fan forced air heating for extra comfort.
~Entertainment - Google TV with access to several streaming services, and an Xbox One that plays the DVD collection you'll find in the cottage.
~Work-friendly - WiFi runs at ~75 Mbps, fast and reliable throughout, even though cell signal can be spotty in the trees.

Outside

The covered timber porch, private entrance, grass yard, and woodland grounds are all yours for the duration of your stay, along with a woodchipped driveway with parking for two cars. You'll spot deer, hummingbirds, owls, and the occasional eagle among the abundant greenery, with walking trails nearby.

We live nearby and are always easy to reach, but the cottage is fully detached and private, with its own entrance.

A few things to know

~The cottage runs on its own septic system. Please flush toilet paper only; no wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
~Please use the detergent provided for laundry.
~Trash bags can be taken to the larger bins outside if they fill up.
~Pets are ok! Please let us know in advance. This is a wooded rural area, so keep pets leashed and supervised, especially at dawn, dusk, and late at night when coyotes occasionally pass through.
~Quiet hours after 10 PM.
~No smoking. No candles or open flames inside, and no outdoor fires.
