Wow! Customer service at its best. The front desk staff makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Lots of this to do around property. Perfect for families or couples. The property is older, but very clean! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

First I was not expecting a $34.00 resort fee per day on arrival day. Disappointing the adult pool was closed the last full day I was there unfortunately with zero notice or warning. My stay was two full days and two short travel in & out days. Front desk suggested I use the El Niño pool. It was so loud with screaming kids that I just went to my room. I will stay elsewhere next trip to Sedona.

Facility and surroundings are really nice and the price is reasonable. Meditating and prayer by the creek is always soothing and rejuvenating. The staff is friendly and professional. Hopefully the room’s decor will be updated as they’re the same for the 15+ years that we’ve been visiting. Also, it’d be great if the bar by the pool was open longer and better stocked.

Cannot beat the location - in the center of town & across from the Tlaquepaque Shopping Center. There were plentiful amenities, incl. a lovely salt water pool and free laundry. Negatively, the "welcome gift" was in fact, a plug for a timeshare.

Can’t wait to go back! We had the most amazing time. We stayed in a modern, fully equipped double-room apartment — spotless, spacious, and just a short walk from downtown Sedona. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, and having access to the pool and jacuzzi made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I had issues getting into my room which was enjoying. They moved me to a different room Manager said I would receive a credit and then I had to contact Hotels.com, but I haven’t received my $73.62 credit yet.
