Welcome to your perfect Sedona escape, a spacious 3,000 sq. ft. retreat designed for families, groups, and retreats seeking both adventure and relaxation. Ideally located between Uptown and West Sedona, this home offers the best of both worlds—quick access to top-rated restaurants, boutique shopping, and breathtaking hiking trails, all while providing a peaceful, private setting that backs up to open space.

Wake up to 270-degree panoramic views of Sedona’s red rocks, visible from two large decks where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind under the stars. Just 0.5 miles away, Brewer Trail leads to the iconic Airport Vortex, while Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village is only 1.5 miles away, making exploration effortless.

Inside, this five-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests, featuring two king beds and four queen beds, along with three and a half baths to accommodate your group with ease. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, complete with Keurig coffee for a perfect start to your day. After a day of adventure, relax in the cozy living space with five TVs, or take advantage of the fenced dog run if you're bringing your furry companion.

With keyless self-check-in, a private setting, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles, this home is the ideal basecamp for your Sedona adventure.

🐾 Pets Welcome - One dog is allowed per stay with a $150 pet fee. There is a fenced dog run!

🚗 A car is recommended for getting around Sedona efficiently.

🔹 Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced in this residential neighborhood).
🔹 Absolutely no smoking indoors – $500 minimum fee for deodorization.

This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located in central Sedona. The house is at the end of the neighborhood and backs up to open space. There are a few neighbors nearby so please be respectful and follow quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is a quick commute to Uptown, West Sedona, and the Village of Oak Creek. The location of the home is truly perfect to bypass a lot of tourist traffic during the busy season.

A car is required. There is space in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

For detailed information about cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy. Please note that a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the timing.
Absolutely no parties. We have a noise ordinance from 10:00pm - 7:00am. Any disturbances will result in a fine that will be passed onto guests.

Pet Fee is $150 per stay per pet for up to 2 pets. Dogs only, no cats. Dog must be well-behaved, potty trained, and up to date on vaccines.

We had the best time in beautiful Sedona! The house was perfect for my large group of extended family. The views are amazing from almost every window and the decks made it nice to enjoy the outdoors. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and more. We’ll definitely be back!

Turn key home with a heart and stunning views!

We had a four night stay to celebrate our daughter’s wedding in Sedona. We found the cozy, well decorated home to be very well appointed with everything we needed. It was clean and there were some amazing touches as well, such as a robe for each person-came in very handy for hot tubbing! We loved the yoga mats, and decks on both sides of the home for enjoying the red rock views and the stars at night. The management company had excellent communications and was very responsive. Also, the location is very central, even with the roundabouts! Highly recommend!!

A comfortable and well equipped house on the edge of a residential area with great views of the red rocks especially from the living room, master bedroom and jacuzzi. Very quiet with a good distance to the nearest houses. Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend.

Our stay in Sedona was nothing short of amazing, and the house we rented made it even better! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the red rocks right outside the window. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a warm, cozy vibe that made it feel like home.The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The outdoor space was just as impressive, with a patio area where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening sunsets. The location was ideal—just a short drive to all the major attractions in Sedona, yet peaceful and secluded enough to provide the perfect retreat.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 60th bday girls’ trip!

This was my 60th bday celebration with 8 women. It was such a fun, restful, joyous experience! This home is exactly as described with no negative surprises. Just positive ones! The King suite upstairs exceeded expectations. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the window in the shower. The views were beyond words. Host Clara was very responsive and kitchen is very well appointed. Would definitely recommend this VRBO

We had a great trip, but for price house did not meet expectations

My family (ranging in age from 4 to 80) had a great stay in Sedona. The reason for my 3-star “okay” review is because when you rent a house for 1700/night (15k all in) you want to love it! Not have to report issues. Key issues:- Home is listed as 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom. 1 bathroom is a half-bath, which I don’t think is stated in listing. Not sure 5 bedrooms is fair either as two downstairs rooms (double queen, king) do not have closets and the bathroom those rooms are to share is very tight for 4-6 people (2 towel hooks?). We sent 3 kids upstairs to shower. - Floor cleanliness. We had pet hair on our socks and pants, the kids feet/socks from running around barefoot inside were dirty, and when I went to wipe our hair on the bathroom floor the tissue was black. - Under-stocked kitchen. There was not enough silverware for 12 people (10 forks, 4 teaspoons), no baker dish, utensils scattered in drawer, no Tupperware, no pyrex, etc. Clara brought more silverware. - It’s one thing for a house (kitchen, bathrooms) to be dated but sofas were not overly inviting and rugs in both living room and downstairs king bedroom were stained. Living room comfortably seats 6 people, but we made it work. Other than decks, no other indoor hangout area.- There was a broom, but no dustpan or vacuum. Clara brought both. Again, we had a great time in the end. Highlights are location, decks, and hot tub. Clara was generous and responsive, addressing issues that she could.

Over 70 Get Away

Beautiful house, view is spectacular! A little difficult to find the first time, two drive ways to choose from. Very convenient to Up town and restaurants! Close to trailheads. Very responsive management team! The layout of house gives ample privacy for all guests. Very clean! Enjoyed our stay. 5 women over 70!

House was nice but needed a few things upgraded and could really use a fourth full bathroom with 12 guests, the downstairs bathroom was really awkward figuring out the hot water which we didtn figure out until the second evening and we stayed 4 total but overall the views were amazing.

This is a beautiful home in a great central location. We enjoyed a week long family vacation, with 2 small children, and had a fun and relaxing time. Friends retreat!!

The place was amazing! Just as described. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The view from the house was beautiful. Plenty of space for the 10 of us that stayed there. The freezer did not have ice, so I asked my host and was informed that it was not connected to a water line but they did have a separate ice maker. It did not work but she did inform me that she would order another one. She did offer to bring me a bag of ice. But it was not a major issue, Compare to the beauty of the home and the view. We had plenty of supplies in the kitchen. overall we had a wonderful time. No major complaints. It was truly a a retreat. We were all awed by the home and the view
