House Rules:
1. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced in this residential neighborhood).
2. Absolutely no smoking indoors â $1500 minimum fee for deodorization.
3. Pool Heat Fee - $100/day (3 night minimum required)
4. No Pets allowed
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked supply cabinet.
The host is not located on-site but is available 24/7 remotely or in-person as needed.
This home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood located in central Sedona. The house is at the end of the neighborhood and backs up to open space. There are a few neighbors nearby so please be respectful and follow quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is a quick commute to Uptown, West Sedona, and the Village of Oak Creek. The location of the home is truly perfect to bypass a lot of tourist traffic during the busy season.
A car is required. There is space in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles.
There is a staircase up to the upper level. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located downstairs and are accessible without stairs. However, the kitchen and living area is upstairs.
