Bedroom 1 (King bed) and Bedroom 2 (trundle bed with two twins beds) each feature their own Smart TVs and closets. The trundle bed in Bedroom 2 can be left as is to comfortably sleep one person or the trundle can be pulled out to comfortably sleep two people, each having their own twin bed. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 share a full bathroom.

We live locally in Sedona and are here if you need anything but we respect and give our guests privacy.

Quiet, historic neighborhood that is just minutes to Uptown shopping and restaurants and the world-renowned Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village. Walk to the Brewer Trailhead, or hop in the car and drive 10 minutes or less to Soldiers Pass, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and more!

We have ample parking on the premises. We are just a short drive to West Sedona, Uptown Sedona, and Tlaquepaque.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $10 processing fee.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
