Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your friends or family then this is the spot for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Sugar Loaf, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Teacup. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theatre are also a short distance away. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Bashas’ and Safeway are just down the street.

Our home is a 2000 sq foot home with 3br/2ba split floor plan that boast great red rock views. The home has been recently renovated and freshly painted. The home has a open floor plan with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level, no stairs. The home includes high speed (300 Mbps) WiFi, and smart TVs to access apps that you subscribe to. There is a full size W/D with laundry soap, iron, ironing board, pack and play for infants and board games. There is a ice chest available as well as a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of the beautiful surrounding areas. Beach towels are available if you should visit Slide Rock, which I highly recommend. We also have four yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for two cars in the driveway. Garage access is not allowed.

The backyard space has amazing red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors privacy, peace and quiet. No loud noise after 9. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. A $500 fine will be imposed if you do. There is one Ring security camera located at the front door. No smoking and no pets allowed. If you are there on a Sunday, please take the garbage out to the street on Sunday/Sunday night and bring back in on Monday after it’s been picked up.
Please do not move my furniture. I have one female housekeeper and she has a hard time moving the heavy furniture back into its place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Michelle’s place in Sedona. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Michelle was an exceptional host and responded to every question quickly and helpfully. The location truly couldn’t be better: quiet, convenient, and within easy walking distance to a very popular hiking trail, which made exploring Sedona effortless. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

This was a wonderful experience. Not only did they let us in a little bit early since we arrived before check in time but everything in the house was well organized and superb. There’s a fantastic view of the red rocks and it’s central to great hiking. Couldn’t imagine a better place.

Quiet and Convenient

The house is on a safe, quiet residential street. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the mornings before it got too hot out. The only negative thing we encountered was ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Michelle was quick to respond when I let her know and offered to have an exterminator come the next day but we preferred to have her wait to schedule them until we were gone. I only mention it because if I were staying there I would want to know not to leave any food out on the kitchen counters. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Perfect Home!

This house was perfect in all respects! Clean, comfortable, well furnished, stocked with the basic requirements, near to grocery stores and downtown Sedona. The views from the beautiful backyard are stunning. Can't recommend this one more highly!

Great View In Sedona

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Great location, close to several hiking trails. The back yard is nicely landscaped with an awesome view. House is clean, well stocked and comfortable. Enjoyed the javelinas walking through the neighborhood. We would stay here again.

perfect Sedona house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is well equipped and well maintained. The backyard was great for our kids to spend some time outside, and views are magical. We walked to Sugarloaf Trail (short cut instructions provided by owner) and the neighborhood is great. Don't miss Sedonuts or Pisa Lisa. This is one of those houses where you arrive and realize it is even better than you expected. Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

We loved the house, backyard with the covered porch and fire pit. We even used the grill and ate outside. Neighborhood was very peaceful and nice to walk to hiking trails. Location was perfect.
