Our aim is for guests to relish this backyard oasis while also maintaining semi-private spaces for cohabiting guests.
Guests Pay: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee + Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If approved, a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.
Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee.
