You guys need to modernize your hotel and rooms. extremely dated faded ,old furniture, moldy carpet , buildup dust throughout the rooms, dated TV sets, but very friendly & helpful stuff.

The cleanliness of this hotel was a major letdown. The carpet on the stairs was visibly dirty and turning black from what appeared to be foot traffic with no one cleaning it. This made a poor first impression that unfortunately continued throughout the stay. I also noticed a sandwich wrapper left on the floor in a common area in the evening, and it was still there the next morning. This lack of attention to basic upkeep was very concerning. My room was also not clean, and there was a persistent, stale odor throughout the hotel. It felt like the windows had not been opened or the air refreshed in a very long time. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and general upkeep seriously impacted my experience.

Worst Hotel Ever

Wasn’t the best place to stay in the Seekonk area was very dirty all towels were stained which prevented me from actually showering there. Also the wall paper was coming off the furniture was very old and coming apart. Not to mention the carpet very stained old and sloth of burnt marks. I would definitely not return there and do not recommend people going there.

The room really needed some TLC. Couch and chair were worn out and stained, baseboards had mismatched touch up paint, some wallpaper was peeling. The bed was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean but the body wash bottle was half empty so it had not been replaced from the previous person.

Not so great!

Check in was a disaster. I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes with no one there. Finally after secveral guest showed up and wsited to check in one of the started knocking on all the office doors for someone. Finally a person came out to the front desk asking where the front desk attendant was. The room was in need of lots of repairs. The ceiling tiles were all stained from water, the toilet constantly ran making noise, the wall paper was peeling off the wall.

Terrible housekeeping

The front desk host was very pleasant and helpful when I had a complaint, however the cleanliness of both rooms I saw, were horrible! We were assigned one and I requested another. Floors weren’t vacuumed properly, dust caked everywhere! Furniture wasn’t properly wiped down, for example there was something similar to BBQ sauce on the nightstand. Very unhappy with housekeeping.

I have been staying at this property for almost a year. Now, at least a couple times a week, and I've yet to have a problem. And the on-site restaurant is helpful when you don't feel like going out at night.
