The boathouse offers a bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, and a loft above the separate garage also offers a bedroom and a bathroom. The property is nicely landscaped with multiple outdoor sitting areas, a firepit with Muskoka chairs close to the water, a separate swim dock away from the boathouse, and a level grassy area next to the main cottage for all the games on the lawn.
