Just minutes to the Delaware and Maryland beaches, this Bayside resort home - at 2,618 square feet - features great vacation spaces inside and out. The first floor features hardwood floors and crown molding and is home to the living area and an updated well-equipped kitchen, as well as the rear screened porch and deck, complete with updated furniture and a hard-piped gas grill. Converted into a game room, the garage is now an entertainment hub, including foosball and Ping-Pong. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Four TVs, a Blu-ray player, and WiFi are available for guest use. Plus, three kids scooters, cornhole, foosball and Ping-Pong will help bring the fun.

Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
