Enjoy a relaxing stay at this second-floor condo in the heart of Bayside Resort, just steps from the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center. This spacious one-level getaway features a cozy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a den, and three bedrooms—including two primary suites. One of the suites functions as a private lock-out with its own entrance, microwave, mini-fridge, and sitting area. Unwind on the private screened porch and enjoy amenities like central air, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, four TVs, and a gas fireplace (not available in summer).

Resort amenities is available for an optional fee of $65 per person (ages 4 and older) for a 3-day pass; $115 per person for a 7 day pass. This fee must be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival to ensure your passes are prepared and ready for pick-up when you arrive. We will coordinate this with you post-booking.

- One dog permitted, fee $50.
- Guests must be 25+ to book
- Free parking for one vehicle.
- Condo is accessible without stairs.
- Optional resort amenities fee per guest age 5+, varies by season.
