Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay.

What could have been a reasonable stay was ruined by the room temperature being set at a minimum of 21 degrees. Far too hot. The air con would only cool to 21. Could open the window to listen to the lorries on the autoroute. Not expensive, but not cheap. Allowing me to spend a couple of euros on keeping the room cooler would have made all the difference. Silly penny pinching.

La chambre est correct, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas un petit coffre. Restaurant très bon et accessible en soirée étape. Tarif assez élevé en dehors. Borne de recharge rapide sur le parking. Wir haben eine Nacht im Best Western Plus Hotel Les Humanistes verbracht. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem – wir haben gut geschlafen. Leider gab es am Morgen im gesamten Hotel kein Wasser, sodass weder Duschen noch Zähneputzen möglich waren. Beim Frühstück wirkte sich der Wasserausfall ebenfalls aus, da es dadurch auch keinen Kaffee gab. Solche technischen Probleme können natürlich vorkommen, jedoch hätten wir eine Entschädigung – zumindest für das eingeschränkte Frühstück – als angemessen empfunden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.
