This hotel was newly reopened after a rebrand and refurbishment. The rooms are very nice. The pool is open. The front desk is in the temporary location, but the staff is very accommodating.

Check in is as easy as pie! Staff welcomed me with a big smile! Room is exactly as we expected. This is a nice hotel right on Route 66 - easy to find! We are travelibng Route 66, and Seligman is part of our trip. We're glad we picked this hotel and recommend to everyone on Route 66! Thank you for taking good care of us!

Front desk clerk was very accommodating. Very clean room and nice (seemed new) mattresses. Shower pressure was great. Towels were a little small and thin, no lamps in the room (only one overhead light) and no ice machine on site. But for the price, I feel this is a good value.
