Newly decorated, this spacious and cozy bungalow sits in a peaceful country neighborhood. The open-concept layout flows into a generous living room with bright patio doors offering a captivating view of Chemong Lake. A restaurant, Jesse's Tap and Grill is a five-minute walk.

Located in Ennismore, just 12 minutes from Peterborough! Ennismore is a charming village located in the Kawartha Lakes region, known for its picturesque landscapes and welcoming community atmosphere. Ennismore offers a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, boating, fishing, hockey, curling, and water sports.

Just a five-minute drive away is the quaint village of Bridgenorth, where you’ll find convenient grocery, pharmacy, liquor stores, and plenty of other local treasures.

**LIVING ROOM
The main living room is bright and spacious. Featuring a cozy couch and loveseat with a stone wall fireplace. (Not currently usable.) Two large patio doors allowing natural light to filter throughout.

**KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, pod coffee machine, kettle, salt, pepper, and a selection of spices. There’s also a table with six chairs.

**BEDROOMS
We provide fresh, crisp linens to ensure a comfortable stay.

2nd Bedroom- Queen size bed, nightstand, lamp and closet
3rd Bedroom- Queen size bed, nightstand, lamp and closet

**BATHROOMS
There are 1.5 bathrooms, each stocked for comfort. The main bathroom features a tub (note: the jacuzzi is out of order) and a separate shower for easy access. A bathroom tower holds plush towels and face cloths. The second bathroom includes a vanity, sink, toilet, and also houses the washer and dryer.

**GARAGE and BASEMENT

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire main floor of the house, but the downstairs is off-limits as renovations are being planned for a future date.
