Very well kept hotel with extremely friendly staff. I’d put it as perfect except for the interstate being somewhat loud nearby. Didn’t bother us too much in our stay but I could see if being an annoyance from some

Confusing description of handicap rooms. I called to confirm a roll in bath for my 91 year old mother. When we arrived the roll in shower wasn’t available. We had to stay there for a family funeral as there was nothing else nearby available in the area. Family had to bring shower chair and potty chair for us to use.

It's a quiet and safe area, room attendants need to work on high and low dusting, vacuum the edge of furniture, defrost refrigerator and clear hair from refrigerator and shower. I paid a 5 star price for a 2 star hotel. Room was too small for a Suite, didn't have a tub or jacuzzi. Very disappointing for a new hotel.
