On the 1st floor with elevator access, a superb, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned studio apartment with a loggia, accommodating up to 3 people, very comfortable, and fully renovated (2025)
It comprises: an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed (convertible into a proper bed), television, and Wi-Fi;
- a fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/multifunction oven, and stovetop);
- a loggia with a partial sea view and a view of the swimming pool;
- a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Parking space is available for rent at an additional cost.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

* Disposable linen kit from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).
* Towels (1 large and 1 small)

Situé au pied de la plage, l'accès à partir des résidences est direct, pas de route à traverser. La plupart des résidences vous proposent une piscine, de larges terrasses ou loggias. La convivialité est au rendez-vous ainsi que les accents du midi sur le marché hebdomadaire du quartier de la Corniche.
En raison du Covid-19, cet été, l'ouverture des piscines n'est pas garantie.
