Meidän huoneisto on tilava 3 makuuhuonetta, joihin mahtuu 6-8 henkilöä .Voit on upeat näkymät merelle alkaen parveke ja olohuone. Olet muutaman askeleen päässä Seven Mile -hiekkarannalta.
Condo on täysin varustettu vastaanottaa vieraita (perheen kanssa isovanhemmista, kaksi perhettä, kaksi pariskuntaa ...). Aivan varmasti nauttivat aterioita Lanai

Sijainti on erinomainen. 10 minuutin taksimatkan päässä lentokentältä ja kävelymatkan päässä monista ravintoloista. Olet lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Camana Bay, tunnettu kauppoja ja ihania ravintoloita.

Sen lisäksi, että yhtä mukavimmista ranta maailmassa, Grand Cayman tarjoaa myös paljon toimintaa, kuten: sukellus, snorklaus (edessä huoneisto!), Kalastus, golf, rauskut.
Lasten voitti 't jättää pois: uida delfiinien kanssa, kilpikonna maatila, ....

Urheilu ja toiminta: Meidän monimutkainen on lähes vieressä Mariott Beach Resort, jossa voit nauttia vesiurheilulajeja kuten jet ski, purjehdus, snorklaus ... jne.
Olemme myös askeleen päässä sukeltajien kauppa.

Ostokset: Olemme myös hyvin lähellä kaupallista Boulevard 7 Mile Beach (vain tarpeeksi kaukana olla hiljaa), josta löydät kauppoja ja ravintola. Voit matkustaa tällä bulevardilla pienellä turistibussilla, joka voi tuoda sinut keskustaan Georgetowniin 2 minuutissa 2 $!

ERITYINEN HUOMAUTUS:

Jotkut myrskyt ovat aiheuttaneet vakavaa ranta-eroosion alueemme Seven Mile -rannalla.
Hämmästyttävä määrä hiekkaa pestiin sijaintimme pohjoispuolella.
Valitettavasti tällä hetkellä meidän oli poistettava monia rantatuoleja ja -varjoja.
Normaaleissa olosuhteissa perinteisesti menetämme hiekkaa syksyn kuukausina. Ranta on normaalisti palannut joulukuun puolivälissä tai joulukuun lopussa. Tätä ei ole vielä tapahtunut.
Se on ollut epäjohdonmukaista ja se kirjaimellisesti muuttuu päivittäin… muutama päivä on parempi kuin muut.

Allasalueella on monia aurinkotuoleja ja -varjoja, joista on näkymät merelle.
Seven Mile -rannan hiekkarannoille pääset helposti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rantaviivasta.

Kysy rannan kunnosta, koska se voi muuttaa literralyä yön yli.

Managers on duty were very attentive. Cleaning staff were first rate. Wonderful views and very spacious. Beach erosion isn’t as bad as warnings. Yes, very little beach at high tide but not really an issue at low tide.

The amenities of the condo were great Tons of beach towels and basic spices and loads of containers and pots and pans to use. Walkable to Kirk’s food store and to coconut joes and peppers. I would definitely come back to Tamarind bay

Great property with a wonderful location and fantastic view

Conveniently located walking distance from several dining and shopping areas, we had a wonderful time with an ocean view and walking along the beach. There is incredible snorkeling right off the shore and the warm pool was a nice place to view the sun setting into the ocean. The property was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Great stay at Tamarind Bay, Grand Cayman

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarind Bay vacation rentals. The unit was clean and well equiped. The pool had plenty of chairs and the water was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Ms. Pipers, Coconut Joe's and Peppers. You should stay here!

1st time to Grand Cayman

What a great condo, complex, location & view. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of bath & beach towels. It was so wonderful to have a stackable washer and dryer inside the unit as well. The pool area was nice & clean, equipped with grills, and plenty of seating.

Great location for a nice getaway

Booked this condo for a Christmas getaway with family. Owners were quick to provide us with restaurant ideas so we could book a few before we got to the island. They also left a small gift basket for our arrival. Kathy, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful with getting us settled. (Note it’s a third floor walk up.) We were 5 adults so there was enough space for us. Christmas week was and while the condo was nice, for the price I expected a little more. Living and dining room furniture is old and lighting not great. Bathrooms are small. Once we got past that, we were very happy with the condo location and the amenities. Kitchen is well stocked & nice to have washer/dryer. 20 minute walk to Foster’s market. The pool area is great with chairs overlooking the water. Note that due to erosion, there is no beach. Bring water shoes (you need them!) and you can swim right outside the condo to snorkel. Right next door is the Hampton by Hilton. Check out Ms. Piper for cocktails and food. And then right next to that is the Marriott. Beautiful lobby where we enjoyed a meal our first night and some cocktails. Taxis were easy to get but if you’re adventurous, Andy’s car rental is right across the street. We also enjoyed dinners at Aqua, and Aria. And if you’re into pickleball, definitely check out Pickleball Caymans. A fabulous facility with pickleball, restaurant, and playground for little ones. All in all, the condo was a good place to be.

Decent Place Overall

This was our 15th country visited and we’ve been to about 100 or more vrbo type stays for reference, so a veteran as it relates to short term stays and expectations. The accommodation overall was as described and very functional. There were numerous restaurants and bars within a very short walk. Groceries are 4 minute drive max, 15-20 min walk. My only gripe is the accommodation being in need of some updating. The fridge and washer is rusted and needs replacement. Many areas of the home need to just be repainted to bring it up to the level I’d expect for 700usd a night. The beds are beyond overdue to be replaced, one of which was visibly sagging. The pillows are very flat and made it hard to sleep. One of this was bad, just underwhelming for the price. Closest beach you can swim in is about 5 minutes walk, but is a very small section of 7 mile. With a longer walk or 5 min drive, you can reach governors beach, or another 3 minutes to cemetery (better) beach, which has decent snorkeling. Do not attempt to snorkel at the property, it’s unsafe (not a novice swimmer or snorkeler). It’s good once you’re out, but getting past the rocks riddled with urchins, not a good time.

so beautiful!

Beautiful views from the living room and patio. The pool was amazing, and the condo was so lovely, and fully stocked with everything you could want for cooking, hanging out, and for going to the beach. The location was great with restaurants within walking distance and close by to everything else.

Great Location

Quiet condo complex in great location. Easy access, manager on site to assist with questions, and many restaurants within walking distance. Condo fully stocked with everything you need, especially the towels. The best part was the view of the ocean from the living room and lanai.

Oceanfront. Three good sized bedrooms and a perfect oceanfront screened in porch. This is a family oriented condo complex. The online pics are modest about the view. Centrally located. Steps to the Marriott. On site property manager was so helpful getting us comfortable. A small welcome basket was an unexpected kindness. . Pool is lovely. Grills have a view of the ocean. Plenty of towels, and maid service was available. Full kitchen with everything you could want - super important given high price of restaurants in the Caymans. The owner was transparent and helpful. Nearby beaches are pristine. Also recommend Kaibo for a BBQ on Tuesday, and calypso grill for a night out!

Amazing Condo

First we want to thank Pierre/Andre for the incredible condo. As fantastic as the condo pictures are, the condo is even more amazing and easily handled our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Thanks also to Kathy, the onsite manager for her assistance! The condo was very clean and they even provided a person to come in mid week to refresh/clean the condo. The condo is in a really good location. The property is on seven mile beach with a great view of the water. Restaurants are nearby as is car rental. Foster's supermarket is about a half mile walk. Public beach access is about a mile north. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be coming back!

Everything was wonderful

The condo was beautiful and clean and the view of the ocean, pool and palm trees from the living room window was amazing. We had 8 family members and we had plenty of room and plenty of beach towels and beds we all loved it, it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family.

Cayman beauty

Beautiful place. Clean and comfortable. Had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning but our host had 2 company's come in to help. Then called twice to make sure were cool enough. I would recommend this condo for a family vacation. The beach has eroded away but you can still snorkel and Governors Beach is a short bus ride away. We were very happy with our accommodations

This is an excellent place to stay in the Caymans. The Management group are wonderful and so knowledgeable.. The unit fit seven of us perfectly. This place is also within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and shopping.It is clean and a wonderful place to stay!! This is our third time here and absolutely love it!

Incredible Property

Beautiful property, tons of space (we had 4 adults and 3 children) with incredible views. Awesome location, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. Owners and property manager are quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The property is immaculate and well maintained. Unfortunately the beach directly in front of the property recently washed out, but there are a TON of options very close by and we had no problem finding spots on neighbouring beaches. That said, the pool and lounge area are always a fantastic option. Our families had an amazing time, and this property is guaranteed to meet & exceed your expectations.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four although it could have easily accommodated a bigger group. There was a natural great reef off to the left of complex and an artificial reef in front of the Marriott next door. There was very little beach but Pierre was very upfront about that, so we were prepaid. There are several good restaurants in walking distance and you can get to Camana Bay easily by pedestrian bridge.
