The cable didn’t work they came one time they said it’s an adapter never come back … then I texted them again same problem they came and fix it one tv and the other tv they don’t no sound… noisy building and also the alarms from the smoke detector activate a couple times … I texted them a couple times no answer The location was good the room was clean

Good location, across the street from the beach and close to the main areas. Easy to get in/out. One thing to note is everything is an extra charge. Need more than 2 towels it’s an upcharge (8USD/2), housekeeping is 55USD.

4.5 stars - it’s nice and new and clean and modern. Very good location near the beach. The pool and grounds are well kept. I wish it was beachfront or had beach amenities for rent included in the fees. I appreciate laundry on site and the cleaning was good. The bathrooms could use facecloths. Be sure to bring your own beach towel. The single bedroom unit was small but the other units look much more spacious. Would stay here again.

Room was spotless and location was fantastic. However, a room mix up, code access to someone else’s room, closed front desk and failure to clean one of my two room bookings raised many questions on management, security and organization.

Great location and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and lots to do. The pool was relaxing and the food at the Village cafe was amazing. I used the gym and there was a laundry room available if needed. My unit was spacious clean and comfortable, perfect for my solo trip.

Beautiful property. Nice clean rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. I just wish they would provide more towels, but if you do laundry and wash your towels make sure you dry for 1 hour. 30min is not enough.

Need paper towels, and also have two sets of towels at least at no Extra charge. Clean up the Wi-Fi receiver that’s under the kitchen table so it’s hidden away. TV was sent to the wrong country so it was not sure if we should change the TV country so we could use it. We got a message saying we have to change some settings.

The room was great. The fully stocked kitchenette was perfect for saving a little bit of money and making food at home. Proximity to the beach and to the grocery store was excellent at a 4 minute walk. The room was very quiet and we never heard anyone in the halls or in their rooms. If by chance you forgot your charging block the outlets have USB-C and USB-A outlets. A few cons though, minor but noteworthy. There was only two bath towels and no wash cloths. Next, the kitchen didn’t have any drying towels or paper towels. The bed was firm, which I like, however the pillows are also firm and very uncomfortable. Lastly, the laundry room does not have any laundry soap and none was provided when I purchased the token. Thankfully a wonderful woman doing her laundry offered me one. That being said I would definitely be back to stay here! Last note, the hotel is perfectly located for all the beach restaurants on seven mile beach and going into Georgetown.
