This hotel was very close to so many good things the staff and the accommodations and the grounds were great. The beach was great! However, if you’re traveling to the Cayman Islands from the United States after fees and tips our dollar approx. 50 on everything not the Hotel fault but it’s something to think about. Also in the last 15 years a lot hotels got together annd said. “Resort fee” and there was a $41 resort fee every day. It was probably in the fine print somewhere. And the 15% service fee on all dining and drinks go back to Corporate and the servers get none of that so you need to give them nice tips so basically you’re gonna be paying a 30% tip on everything that is a beautiful island

My Birthday stay at the hotel was Wonderful! All of the staff were kind and very helpful. The cleaning staff went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout out to Ankia who was very sweet to us! Also the staff at Ms Piper's were very attentive and made my Birthday very special!!

Really lovely hotel right by the beach. Great ammenities and the breakfast was one of the better hotel spreads I've had. Small additional resort fee in addition to what was listed on expedia, but well worth the price and would defiitely stay there again.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They work hard to accommodate you. The rooms are clean and roomy. The restaurant has a nice variety of offerings with great entertainment . The beach is small but uncrowded. The shuttle service between the mall and 7 Mile Public Beach and the hotel is very convenient.

The room was spacious and bright and comfortable. Lively decor and view. The staff especially Ismail at reception and Gladys at the breakfast room were super friendly and helpful. Shower as per other people’s reviews was a bit awkward as a lot of water sprayed out to the floor and door. Not a very efficient design. Breakfast was tasty and quite a variety of food offered. Ms Piper’s was nice. Most Of the staff lovely, one a bit grumpy but everyone can have a bad day i guess. Overall, great. Location was perfect and lots of places to eat and drink close by. 20min walk to Camana Beach and a big supermarket so that is an added bonus. And resort fees which are charged extra as is US customary includes a pick-up and drive to some beaches and camana bay. We would definitely stay there again!

room was cleaned properly, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were pretty good but could have used some variety in the main dishes. my only suggestions would be that: 1) heat the pool about 2-3 degrees warmer. i swam an hour each morning, and very rarely had anyone in the pool due to the cold water 2) your marketing should be modified about claiming to be right on 7 mile beach. this is deceptive as we needed to take a shuttle to get to the main beach.

room was cleaned properly daily, staff friendly. only 2 issues to be aware of: 1) pricing in the resto was very high and 2) the marketing that they were one of the few hotels directly accessing 7 mile beach was deceptive. they accessed a small portion of the beach in front of the hotel, but one had to take their complimentary shuttle to get to the main beach
