Air conditioner fan very noisy in bedroom. And, the bar and restaurant was closed the day/night before we were leaving... due to a supposed private event which was no where in or on site. Property was clean/modern. The Included breakfast was satisfying, The pool was clean and refreshing. Having Miss Pipers restaurant on site was a bonus for convenience and ambiance. Beach area was small, but chairs were typically available and provided great sunset views. The shuttle service was quick and convenient. Keep in mind the re see ort does charge a daily fee for these services. The ocean at the property does have more sea grass than beaches further north. To see the beautiful color and clarity take the shuttle to governors or public beach,
