The service at this hotel was top notch! The staff are so friendly. The food is great with many options. The property is so clean and spacious. The service at the pool is spectacular - they even offer sunscreen and aloe. The pool is very large so plenty of room to have space when swimming. The proximity to the beach is awesome and we LOVED the beach club Bonny Moon! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo in the Grand Cayman Islands! The property is brand new and beautifully designed, with excellent amenities. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a cocktail and cool towels, which was a very nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious—though on the expensive side—and be aware that gratuity is automatically added to the bill. A few things could have been better: during check-in, the staff member directed everything toward my husband (since he booked the trip) and barely acknowledged me, which felt disappointing. Also, some of the activities advertised weren’t clearly communicated—we had to ask about them ourselves. On the positive side, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary treat for our 21st wedding anniversary, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. Plus, the location is great, with the beach within walking distance. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Food service or options stopped around 10pm. Would have liked to have known about the bus transportation system- a lot cheaper than cabs! Also (not connected to the hotel, but a heads up would have been nice), the airport returning home is a bit more than we were used to (you have to remove all liquids and place them in airport issues quarter bags and only 1 bag per person is allowed, you will have to throw anything that doesn't fit away).

We loved breakfast on the patio overseeing the pool. Good food options for every taste. Room was spacious and clean, with a full size balcony with 180 degrees ocean view. Bathroom was very modern with doorless shower area and sliding door/barn door for the toilet. Housekeeping was discreet and thorough. We loved everything about Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman.

While the stay in GRand Cayman was a bit pricey, with Indigo, you get what you pay for and that is great service, delicious food and a relaxing visit. While I wish there were non-motorized sports available to guests, as is the case with many resorts at many other islands, this was a great relaxing vacation and the report from the rooms to the common spaces are chic and well designed, affording an enjoyable experience. The pools are great, the beach was pristine and the stay was A+. We took out the bikes one day and had an enjoyable ride into the town. Regardless of what you are looking for the report has it and no request is to big or too small fo rthem to make it a priority.
