Great visit. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent. I recommend the room service menu in particular. Valet parking is the rule, and we had our car in minutes when requesting it. We were just below the rooftop restaurant on the ninth floor, so the thump from the base could be heard a bit when they played dance music, but it wasn't overly intrusive, and it shut down by midnight. The pool is nice. We went to the beach one day, and found out it's not a good idea to hold onto the ropes marking the swimming area. You get crabs. Lots and lots of tiny crabs. Other than that, it was a great visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

To enter the beach you will need to cross the street and walk 7-8 mins. Food is better in Bonny Moon restaurant than in hotel restaurant. Nice view from the roof top or ocean view rooms which are more expensive than harbor view . They have good WiFi, mineral and regular water on every floor fountains. No shopping food stores around only store for beach items. Advising to eat dinner in restaurants located in nearby hotels like Seafire

Me and family had a great time. The guys at the beach club were the best. I forgot there names but they were all amazing. The guys in the lobby was amazing especially my friend from South Africa. The hotel is clean and really everything you need is right there. They went above and beyond making sure we were good the whole time. Even made sure our clothes was dried before we left to come home. The food was great from the poolside. I was worried about the beach being a bit far but it was perfect. The carts worked great. My only gripe was the pool was a bit cold. But when I checked it the next day it felt good. But it’s January so. Hot tub is amazing. I was on the beach most of the time. The hotel is amazing.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Our room was ready upon our noon arrival, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We were able to change into our bathing suits right away and take a pleasant, short walk to the beach. The beach bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained. Beach service was excellent—chairs were set up for us, sunscreen was provided, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. The hotel staff truly stood out with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality, which made our stay feel special. We also enjoyed the delicious miso soup at Milkberry restaurant. An added bonus is that the hotel is right next door to its sister property, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, where the popular Library by the Sea bar is located. Having easy access to that experience was something we really enjoyed. One small suggestion for improvement: the in-room safe was located on the top shelf inside the closet, which was difficult to reach. At 5’1”, it was a bit of a struggle, and a lower placement would be much more convenient.
