Great, extra clean, resort-feel condo complex. Kid friendly pool set-up. The planning and communications prior to arrival were simply amazing and well above expectations and simply unheard of in this day and age (thank you Lisa and the team!). Nicely equipped kitchen with high end Bosch appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. It was also nice to have a few basics like paper towels, dish soap, cleaning products and salt & pepper. Missing are a couple chef knives and a better quality non-stick frying pan set (ceramic). Not sure all condos come with everything ours did but we had a large beach umbrella, quality beach towels and even an umbrella for our rainy week! Well positionned within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, very good value especially when compared to other offers so close to Seven Mile Beach. We will be going back for sure!

My husband and I recently stayed at One Canal Point. The property is very nice and clean. It is in a gated compound and very safe. Has a little nice play area for kids and close to shopping. Would recommend this condo, and we will consider staying there again on our next trip back to Cayman

My girlfriend and I just completed our 9 day stay here at One Canal Point. Put simply this was an exceptional location and we had a great time. Our unit was clean and right by the pool, visible from the balcony, and right by the parking lot. Gated community and we felt very safe. Renting a car is probably the best way to do a trip here. We were able to see all sides of the island and try a few local spots that we would’ve otherwise been unable to walk to. So having the parking spot included with our stay was huge. It allowed us to plan accordingly for our excursions and not have to worry about how to get there. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to make a bunch of meals if we weren’t feeling like spending out for the day. Also a big thank you to Lisa for her fast response time and being extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Would stay again!

Rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath for a week and had no regrets. Lisa, the host, was always responsive to my texts and was very accommodating when we requested to check in early. Great location, super clean, quiet, and well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful pool. Easy check out process. 10 mins from airport. Excellent location. Apt is comfortable, the complex is calm and safe. All the amenities are fairly new, the kitchen has everything you need to eat in (eating out is extremely expensive on the island). Property manager was accessible, and prompt. Balcony with a nice view of the bay. I would rate this location 10/10.

Easy check in, comfortable and quiet. Easy access ton7 mike beach by foot, although car was handy. Great communications with manager. Would have been nice to set room temperature lower ... but mostly comfortable
