We where so pleased with our stay. From checking in to checking out everything was as it's stated. The condo is beautiful decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the balconyand the fireplace that added a cozy finish to our evenings while watching movies.

Perfect location to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We were able to cook, do laundry, rest and enjoy sunrise on enclosed balcony. Tons to do and plenty of restaurants.

Perfect little place

This was the best of both worlds. Close to activities but not in the middle of chaotic traffic of a tourist town. It was quiet and well maintained.

The condo was very nice. The bathroom was exceptional, especially the big jacuzzi tub . Yes, you can see the river passing and ducks were in the back for your entertainment, but the land was not accessible to you. And being on the fourth floor, you can also see Wal-Mart in the distance and many buildings but did enjoy looking at the river.

Spring Break

We have stayed in condos in this building owned by the same owner. This one was not as nice as the others. The coffee pot filter had not been emptied, and it was molded. The shower head was extremely lose, and there was a smoke smell. The elevator also had a very strong odor

Very clean!

I was very pleased about the upkeep of the condo. Nice touch with the electric fireplace. The outside of the complex could use some work. Concrete up to our room very dirty and stained. Elevator smelledxluk fish and dirty. I was worried until we walked in our unit. Was a game changer when we walked inside. Location was perfect!
