Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

IMPORTANT: Bear Summitt Retreat is located within a quiet residential condo building. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that all guests be respectful of the surrounding units and observe reasonable noise levels, especially during evening and nighttime hours.
