Fun and relaxing stay.

Enjoyed the Mountain View. We liked the hot tub and pool table. Beautiful winding road to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with blooming Pear, Redbud and Magnolia trees and spring flowers.

Everything we expected and more.

The cabin in its surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. The caretaker was extremely responsive to our needs and very kind. We hope to be back.

Everything we could have asked for

Casey is a great host. The house is well kept and very clean. The location is secluded and having never been to the Smoky’s before we were guessing at what area to stay in. It turned out great because we could get just about anywhere we wanted to go pretty easily and the drive to and from the house was scenic. There is plenty of room to sleep and the house is set up well. We made great use of the screened in porch for meals and family time. I definitely recommend checking this cabin out for your next trip to the Smoky Mountains!

Charming & Cozy Cabin

The cabin is very pretty and is in a secluded area. There is plenty of space to easily fit a family or a large group. We had 4 adults and 1 child in our group and there was plenty of room to gather together and also have our own space. We enjoyed eating and hanging in the kitchen area while enjoying the fireplace in the evenings. There are two decks that overlook a wooded valley where we enjoyed sipping on coffee and listening to music (there’s a bluetooth tower speaker on premises). The top deck is screened in which is great for sitting and enjoying food and the bottom deck isn’t screened so you have a beautiful view of your surroundings while enjoying the hot tub which was clean and ready to use upon our arrival. There is wifi but it’s hit and miss but that’s due to location so it’s to be expected. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we all agreed upon was that the pool table could use new pool sticks since only one was really usable. And pool chalk would be nice as well. Aside that minor detail we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends and family.

A great stay if you're looking for peace and quiet

We were going with our family to Pigeon Forge, to see some of the touristy things like Dollywood, shopping and dining etc. We found this listing and liked the photos. It was very easy to check in using the digital key. I will say that at first the place took some getting used to for us city folk'. The internet is not great, (but you're on vacation! Unplug!!) the drive up through the mountains is a little scary and the fact the house is up on a hill made my mother in law a little nervous. But after just one day of peaceful, quiet sleep - she loved it! We all did! The pool table was a must for the kids, and part of the reason we chose this property and everyone liked the hot tub. As far as being close to things, it is a bit of a drive but not bad. We easily got used to going up and down the roads. Us Midwest types aren't used to hot hot heat as it was 100º when we where in TN - but it was wonderful A/C at the house. There is no dishwasher but not a deal breaker. Overall, was a great stay for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Also VERY clean!!

NOT AS ADVERTISED !

We’ve stayed at VRBO cabins for over 15 years and never had a problem until now. We left 2 nights early! Amenities that were listed were NOT there ! (we have a screen shot, concerned that Casey would later remove them from the listing - which they did): Casey listed that the cabin is equipped with satellite/cable TV. That is one of the reasons we chose this cabin, knowing that internet reliant TV can be spotty. There was NO cable! We never got to relax after a long day. Casey listed that the cabin has a dishwasher. NO dishwasher! We had to spend time doing dishes on our vacation. The pictures we sent Casey CLEARLY showed that the cleaner did not do their job appropriately. We got in after 11 hrs of driving and had to wash sheets on one bed that were covered in hair and crumbs. The other bed was completely unmade! Then we had to clean the coffee pot/old grounds. There were so many dead bugs on the bottom floor that we couldn’t walk barefoot. The grill was filthy - unusable. The patio was filthy as well, all the furniture covered in dirt and pollen. In response to our complaint, Casey said we should have let this be known immediately and the cleaners would have come over and cleaned. With such a HIGH CLEANING FEE, we should not be further inconvenienced by a cleaning crew cleaning around us. Should have been done before we got there! It is a shame that Casey is not taking responsibility for this! No TV! No dishwasher! Dirty cabin! Not a premier host!

Stay review

This place was very nice and quite and easy to accommodate my family while we stayed. The accommodations for my grandma and her care were wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool table and it was a great place for family to come together and enjoy each other. The power did go out on our last night. However the town was on top of things and it was restored in a timely manner. My family enjoyed everything about this vacation and rental.

Pictures didn’t do it justice!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Plenty of room for 7 of us, kids included. Cabin was very clean and ready for us when we got there. We loved how secluded it was with no neighbors looking at us. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the Xbox. We would love to stay here again!
