The cabin has THREE (3) LEVELS WITH THREE (3) KING SIZED BEDROOMS WITH KING SIZED BEDS as well as queen pull out couch and log bunk beds (Twin over Full)! Big flat screen TV's in EVERY room!
- MAIN FLOOR - Living room (cathedral ceiling) with stone fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, dining area, and kitchen. The Master bedroom, jacuzzi and full bathroom are also on this floor. There is also a gas grill and hot tub on the covered and screened in porch.
- UPSTAIRS- Second King size bedroom with full bathroom with TV.
- DOWNSTAIRS - Huge game room with pool table, multi game arcade console, board games and TV. There is also the third bedroom with King bed and Log Bunk Beds (Twin over Full). 1/2 bath, washer&dryer. The downstairs door leads out to the lounge area with porch swing, patio table with umbrella, and cozy fire pit outside!
**Please note the air hockey table has been converted to the multi game arcade system!
- KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc). There is both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig (BYO Coffee).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- ENTRY/ACCESS - You will be given a personal key code in plenty of time for entry so you don't need to worry about keys upon your arrival and departure!
-PARKING: Parking for up to 6 vehicles between gravel driveway and "off street" grass areas (depending on vehicle size).
- WIFI - Throughout the cabin. Please note that it is Satellite internet (the only thing available in the mountains). It’s been upgraded to the new Starlink, which is the best and most updated satellite internet in the mountains! Most times its great, some times it’s good, sometimes it's not, but it's the best the area has to offer!
- TV - Access to tons of channels and content in every room via Roku and YouTube TV!
- GETTING THERE: The road is newly paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Only one road that is a little steep but it's newly paved and normal cars drive up and down it all day long (you'll be fine)! Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4wd or AWD may be necessary.
- OUTDOOR GRILL: CHARCOAL grill provided. Guest are responsible for their own charcoal.
- TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin, make sure to put it INSIDE the cans in the bear-proof container and SECURE THE CONTAINER. If you would like a mid stay trash pickup, the cleaners will do so for $50. If you leave excess trash that is not bagged outside of the cabin, it is a $50 charge from the cleaners.
- ANIMALS AND THINGS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them. You are in the mountains, so you may see bugs and things as part of the mountain life!
- CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. Cleaners give us 15 minute grace period for check outs, after which is a $50 charge, with an additional $25 for every 30 minutes after grace period. This would be passed to guest of not previously discussed and arranged for late checkout. We/They simply want to provide adequate time for full cleaning before the next guests to give them the best experience possible, just as we do for you!
- NO SMOKING - This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

- HOT TUB - is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
-PETS - Certain pets allowed (per the pet policy) with pet deposit and fee (preferably small non-shedding breeds). If you choose sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave.

Please do not lean or hang on railings.
While you are staying with us your satisfaction is our highest aim. If something isn’t right let us know immediately and we will do our best to quickly make it right. If we don't know, we can't address the issue! Let us let you enjoy your time!
No Unauthorized guests on the property.
- DO NOT FLUSH - anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. Just don't do it!
- STORMS - No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
DAMAGES - Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. All items are looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, please notify the owner immediately.
- FIREPLACE - As with all cabins in the area, the indoor fireplace will be shut down when the weather changes (typically from Mid-March to mid/late October).
- TV - Any purchases made for movies, content, etc that is not already included will be subject to reimbursement by guest if purchase is made as it is billed to our account.

******If you have any concerns about rare events (extreme weather, fires, large power outages, large winter storms, rare inability to travel, etc) we ask you to please look into travel insurance as this is an available option to all renters via third parties and, though we are highly understanding, we cannot be personally held responsible for refunds where travel insurance can cover these rare occurrences. :-)

All we ask is that you treat our cabin as if it were your own. :-)
