The space
At Silver Lining Base Camp, you’ll have your pick of where and how you want to dwell. Whether you’re recharging in the Scandi-inspired Tiny Haus, retreating to the fully restored 1970 polished vintage camper, or simply soaking in the mountain air in the outdoor living spaces—the entire place is yours!
The Three Spaces -
The Tiny House: (sleeps 2)
Minimalist, warm, and intentional. The space feels huge, with a clean architectural aesthetic that brings the outside in. Complete with a spa-like bathroom, full laundry (washer & dryer), kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker) , Queen-size Sofa-bed, convertible living/dining area, and an entertainment loft.
The Vintage Camper: (sleeps 4)
A silver-bullet icon of the American traveler, reimagined. A nostalgic, high-end "annex" perfect as a unique secondary or even primary suite. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, two twin beds, and a fold-out Full-size.
The Outdoor Living Space:
Your private lounge features a Nordic-style soaking hot tub, propane fire pit, al-fresco dining, Bluetooth sound system, and Adirondack rockers under ambient Edison bulb lighting.
Modern Essentials -
Get balanced off-grid vibes with none of the compromise. Silver Lining Base Camp is equipped with all the essentials of a high-end stay:
High-Speed Wi-Fi: Perfect for streaming in the loft or working remotely from the deck.
Climate Control: Both units are fully equipped with modern heating and AC for year-round comfort.

While you are just minutes from the heart of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains, Silver Lining Base Camp stays tucked away from the tourist noise. You get the best of both worlds: the energy of the Smokies and the silence of a private retreat!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire space, except for the equipment shed.
Other things to note
✦THINGS TO NOTE✦
•The driveway has a slightly steeper incline at the entrance, but it levels out as you continue toward the parking area.
•All guests are to be respectful of the micro resort, and its contents, its neighbors, and the owner's rules.
•"Starter" soaps, shampoos, toiletries, and paper towels are provided.
•"Not provided" condiments, charcoal, and lighter fluid.
• The hot tub is for adults only. Under-age children must be supervised at all times by an adult. The use of the hot tub is at the guests' own risk.
• No pets are allowed on the property. If a guest violates this rule, we will add a $200 charge to the cleaning fees and ask the guest to leave the property.
• Host is not responsible for items left behind by guests
•The Micro Resort holds up to 6 guests, if more than 6 guests are found to be staying, an additional $25 charge per person per day will be charged to the guest booking.
•Property has a motion-activated camera in/viewing the parking lot that actively records video and audio.
•We highly recommend travel insurance in case of unforeseen travel disruptions.

By booking, guests realize and acknowledge they understand the area contains wildlife that may be encountered such as black bears, raccoons, squirrels, bugs, and other wildlife native to the area that is beyond the control of the host. No refunds are given due to wildlife.
**WAIVER OF LIABILITY** By booking, guests acknowledge that use of the micro resort and amenities, including but not limited to hot tub, fire pit, loft area, grill, appliances, kitchen items, all have potential risk, particularly when used improperly, and such use is entirely at the guests own risk.
