Situated in a small, very quiet residential hamlet, close to all amenities (supermarkets, a bakery, a cheese shop and restaurants within a 500-metre radius), this triplex apartment is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully equipped apartment enjoys views of the lake and the mountains.

Its exceptional location means you can leave the car behind (if you wish!).
The beaches of Sevrier are just 300 metres away, as is the cycle path that circles the lake (42 km for the more adventurous) and takes you to the magnificent town of Annecy, 6 km away.
For swimming, the two beaches in Sevrier are free to use.

The apartment features a very large open-plan living area leading into a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a terrace with stunning views.
Please note: Two of the three bedrooms can accommodate 3 people.
Only 1 parking space is reserved for you. YOU MUST NOT PARK IN THE PRIVATE SPACES AROUND THE PROPERTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The property is also equipped with a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.

This is a non-smoking property; pets are not permitted on the premises.

Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
If you arrive after 9 pm and a self-check-in arrangement cannot be made, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

Week end en famille

A notre arrivée le ménage n'était pas fait, draps dans la salle de bains, poubelle non vidée, sol sale. Nous avons dû appeler la personne en charge de l'appartement qui est venue faire un brin de ménage. Sans parler de ce petit couac, la propreté laisse à désirer ( poussiere +++ sous les canapés et lits. Toile d'araignées ++). Logement bien situé, au calme. Vue sur le lac Facile pour stationner.
