Situé à moins de 300m des supermarchés, boulangerie et fromagerie, cet appartement avec terrasse et accÚs au jardin se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de la maison des propriétaires.
La piste cyclable menant Ă Annecy se trouve Ă 400m et le lac Ă 500m.
Tout est donc réuni pour des vacances réussies!

refait à neuf début 2024
- 1 chambre avec lit 160x200cm et des rangements
- 1 salle de bain avec douche Ă l'italienne
- 1 WC séparé
- Cuisine toute équipée donnant sur un vaste séjour
- 1 coin TV avec canapé
- Terrasse orientée Ouest avec barbecue
- AccÚs au jardin (à partager avec le gentil chien des propriétaires!)
TV, Wifi, machine à laver, et cuisine toute équipée avec machine à café Nespresso, four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle...
Une place de parking vous est réservée, vous pourrez laisser vos vélos sous l'escalier qui va au 1er étage
Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.
Au delĂ de 21h, si une solution d'arrivĂ©e autonome ne peut pas ĂȘtre trouvĂ©e, un supplĂ©ment de 20⏠vous sera demandĂ©.
