Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen talo, jossa on kylpytynnyri, on sijoitettu hiljaisen naapurin huppuun Harbour View Sub -alueella. Lattiahuoneessa on uusi täysikokoinen sänky ja uusi queen-vuode, ja tilaääni 42 tuuman taulutelevisiolla. Keittiössä on täysikokoinen pakastin / jääkaappi, astianpesukone, neljä polttimen kaasuliesi, kaksoisuuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Varustettu kaikilla kodin perustarvikkeilla kattiloista, pannuista, lautasista, kupeista, kulhoista ja syömis- / leikkuutarvikkeista, joita tarvitset. Suuressa olohuoneessa on 6 hengen istuimet lepotuolilla ja lepotuolit, jotka ovat 80 tuuman monsteritelevisiota ympäröivän äänen suhteen. Pääkylpyhuoneessa on marmori laatta kävellä suihkussa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on uusi täysikokoinen sänky, jossa on 42 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa surround-ääni. Siellä on myös pieni vaatekaappi ja oma kylpyhuone porealtaalla. Pääkerroksessa on LG: n etukuormain pesukone ja kuivausrumpu vaatteille.
Lopuksi takakannella on 6 hengen kylpytynnyri rentoutumaan päivittäisestä stressistäsi.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Seward Boat Harbor. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Great stay close to Seward!This house is just a short drive to Seward, which made it a perfect home base for exploring the area. It had a lot of great features, but our favorites were the hot tub (amazing after a long hike!) and the beautiful bathroom.We’d read in other reviews that communication could be an issue, but we received our check-in instructions early on the day of arrival and had no problems at all.The only minor downsides were a limited selection of kitchen utensils and occasional spotty Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Seward!

Nice out of town retreat

Aside from a couple hiccups the place is great. The owner was close by but gave us our space. Luckily he was close enough to take care of a small hiccup and the rest of the stay was relaxing.

The VRBO Woman had such broken English which was a problem for Host and us. This house is a good value, it looks and smells new!

Beautiful settings and updated interior!

We loved this VRBO- the house was nicely appointed and modern. The only issue was check in- as others have noted. Once we got there the host was very responsive. One note- no cable, so we couldn’t watch soccer.

Our stay near Seward was so much fun! The location worked well for us. Had a small issue upon arrival of a low battery chirp upon arrival but Aaron arrived within 15 minutes to replace! Thank you!

Just as advertised. Great location just outside of town but secluded. Super clean. Huge TV in living room and bedrooms as well but couldn't figure out how to use them. Overall a great get away in a beautiful corner of the world.

Comfortable, clean enjoyable stay

Our family of four had an excellent stay. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great way to warm up and relax after a long hike. We appreciated the washer/dryer too! Something to note, one bathroom has a shower and the other only has a tub. I over looked this on the listing. It still worked for our family, but good to know.

Beautiful home. Lack of communication with homeowner was the biggest issue. House number at street is on wood attached to tree & very difficult to find/see; no check-in notes about the workings of the house - awesome 80” TV in the living room, but it doesn’t work and no extra blankets, kitchen towels, or dish rags. We tried to communicate these things to the owner, but they still haven’t responded. Like I said, beautiful, very clean home, just some things to know.

Quiet luxury cabin

Fancy building and decorations. Outstanding hot tub! The floor plan is a bit bizarre but it worked for us. Oddly the water dispenser/ice maker didn’t work and the top rack is missing in the dishwasher. Also, only one short towel rack in the main bath - you need more! The flatscreen tv set up was fantastic! Very quiet and an ideal location.

Beautiful cabin outside of town

Perfectly located outside of town, close enough to go for tours and food or hiking trails. Cabin was beautiful. No check in or checkout instructions and lack of communication with host during stay. Outlets in kitchen didn't work, but the kitchen island had working outlets. Hot tub is deep & relaxing, you can even get a glimpse of mountain view from the porch. Found some trash around the house upon arrival from previous guest but nothing that would make the house feel "dirty". Couldn't get the TV's to work but by time the host responded with information about the TV's we were already out on town so never tried again. Important to note the TV's in the bedrooms are DVD only & the TV in the livingroom is supposed to be set up for streaming but we weren't able to connect it to Internet. Overall we had a good stay in Seward. Lots of beautiful hikes and highly recommend the Resurrection Bay tour from Kenai Fjords Tours.

The property was beautiful. Here is where it went bad:1.) Stunning shower........you get 4 minutes before you run out of warm water. Had to keep turning off the shower and then back on to rinse.2.) Nonfunctioning ice maker on the fridge. On vacation with no ice for a mix drink. Reach out to property mgr, said he would stop in to fix, never heard from him again. Not fixed3.) Top rack of the dishwasher was totally missing so had to start half loads.4.) Absolutely no communication from property mgr both 6 months before and when on site. 5.) No blankets to wrap up in for both outside and inside.Will not recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the location is great - secluded but not too far from downtown and other activities. The layout was fine for a family of 4 adults but we didn’t realize it’s 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. We had one day that was entirely rainy so it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie in the evening - DVDs provided but we couldn’t get the television downstairs to connect. The icemaker didn’t work and we couldn’t find any ice trays. Otherwise the kitchen was very well stocked. I rated cleanliness a 4 because the kitchen towels were dirty and there was a bathmat draped over the railing outside. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again since the things I mentioned are easy fixes.

Be wary

We tried to communicate with the host for 4 weeks prior with no response . VRBO (on our behalf) also tried via phone , text and email multiple times with no response - we have a case file. All we wanted was any sort of reply confirming our arrangements. Finally on the evening before after we were already forced to get alternative accommodation and a last attempt at communication there was a terce reply saying door code in the morning . Unfortunately too late and we lost our $1000. Recommend you look elsewhere.

A lot of stairs …check in process not good

Our check in process was not good. First, the address of the property is given a week before (it was bothersome not to have an address immediately after booking/and paying in full to complete our itinerary). We drove in from Fairbanks and on the way down, we still didn’t have check in information. We tried calling the number we had and couldn’t get through. It was getting late (around 10pm) and we were nearly in Seward and we were starting to find another place to stay bc we didn’t know how to access the property. We decided to show up at the home and see if maybe it was the usual last 4 of ur phone number for the lock. Well, it wasn’t but fortunately the door was unlocked. We unloaded and out of nowhere a truck drives up - it’s the property mgr who said he wasn’t aware the house was being rented. He verbally gave the code for the door and the password for the Wi-Fi and that was it. Inside the house there was no booklet on the workings of the house or info about what was needed for check out. It was unlike any experience with any VRBO I have ever rented. There are about 23 stairs to get u in the house (a set outside and a set inside the door). Inside the door, the stairs are narrow. The inside main area was nicely furnished. The bedroom with 2 beds was odd. The head of one of the beds is like tucked into what appeared to have been a closet at one time. No side tables, no closet. I would not stay here again bc of the stairs and the check in experience.
