Bring the whole family to this stylish country home located in Seymour, Tennessee. Centrally located between Knoxville and Sevierville, it's about a 25 minute drive in either direction. Enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine, as you sit outside on the deck and admire the Mountain View. With two family rooms, there is plenty of space for adults and kids to gather for fun and relaxation. We have provided a variety of amenities for your convenience and comfort. Dogs are welcome upon request for a $50 pet fee. No cats due to allergies.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Smoky Mountain Paintball. Laundry facilities are available. The holiday home offers 2.5 bathrooms and a TV.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all towels in the laundry room next to the washing machine.
Leave all slept in beds unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Due to the neighborhood covenant, there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE STREET. Cars have been towed. Tickets/towing are the guest's responsibility.
Please adhere to quiet times between 11:00pm and 7:00am. Please do not allow jumping on the bunk beds.
Please turn off propane after use. Trash pickup is weekly on Monday. Please pull the trashcan to the curb on Sunday night.

Great place to stay

Everything was as shown. Kitchen had everything we could need. Plenty of room for us, 3 of our kids and their families. Location was good. Getting to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge was easy. I would definitely recommend.
