The people at the front desk weren't particularly friendly and their english was poor. The room hardly had any outlets and no USB ports. They haven't seemed to update their property in 30 years. I was very unsure about the potability of the water and even though the room was spacious, it was just very outdated

This was my second stay in Ramada hotel. The first one was good that's why I decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room next to the staff room. I guess this is where they store all the toiletries and towels for the guest rooms. During my stay, especially at night and early morning, I could hear noises from the staff room. I was very much disappointed with the room that was given to me.

Convenient shuttle bus to High Tech Park

The hotel has shuttle bus service to CaoHeJing High Tech Park every morning. The reason I chose this hotel. In the hotel lobby it needs more couch/sofa/seat in the lobby for guests. There are only 5 seats available. While I was there for 3 days I could not find a seat every day. Going into the room, it's too dark in the hall way. In the room, the door latch is broken. The room is not spacious. There is no convenient stores nearby. I had to walk several blocks away 10+ minutes to eat and shop. The price is reasonable.

Good Business Hotel

The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The surrounding is quite inconvenient if not because it's business travel. There is one subway station nearby that can take you to more crowded area quickly, but no stores or restaurants nearby. Other than that, it's all good.

Was there for business and the condition of the room are acceptable and staff services are great. Wifi connection are acceptable. Nothing much to complain other than check-in/out have to be done in Building A which you have to walk over if the room is in Building B.

Very nice review

The hotel and staff was very nice. Everyone was accommodating during the reservation process as our days kept changing. The room was a little outdated, but comfortable. The carpet was in need of replacing!
