Bad Hotel

I will not stay at this hotel again. it was old, and very dirty. The reason they provide slippers is because the carpet is so dirty that walking on it could be a health risk. The concierge was not too bright either... ask him to tell the taxi driver where to go and we end up in the wrong place Find another hotel!

Entry way and conference room were nice...BUT

We reserved this hotel primarily due to its location near the metro, but it became apparent once we arrived that we had made a terrible mistake. The rooms are dark, dank, and dingy at best with stains on the carpet, storage racks, and bed spread. I would have expected bed bugs, but didn't find any. The bathroom smelled of mold and the grout between the shower tiles was filthy, more than likely mold. The bright ray of light for the one night we spent in the hotel was the conference area that boasted a separate elevator access and plenty of room for our reception.

Pretty Decent, but Still Expected a Little More

No batteries in my remote control; called to get replacements, but it took so long for someone to finally bring batteries. Also, I had to wipe down the toilet myself when I first entered the room. Quite a nice room overall. Lobby has a very pleasant smell upon entering.

Nice hotel to stay in cooler season

Nearest subway station Dapuqiao about 600m walk away. Pleasant to do that in cooler climate, definitely not during summer time. DIfficult to get taxis in this location so you need to depend on the train. Many eateries and restaurants around though. Big mall at the Dapuqiao train station offering shopping and lots of food so good location especially for holiday makers

Room service menu starts at 10am local time! Bad!

Horrible room service menu selection, no ala carte at restaurant for breakfast forcing all to have buffet, staff brags of English speaking staff yet ordering from room service even assisted by reception a nightmare. When I registered- they ran out pf key cards so had to wait till next day morning to get room key.

Good enough

I don't usually stay in my room much but this trip I was sick and actually spent time in the hotel room. Overall, not a bad experience and I was fairly comfortable. It was easy hailing a cab from this hotel and enough places locally to walk to, but you have to walk to, it's not right outside. It's is close enough from everything but also at the same time not that close to anything if you know what I mean.

Very good price on perfectly ok hotel

This hotel is at the lower end in price / condition / amenities of foreign chain-branded hotels in Shanghai, but better than most of the middle to upper market Chinese branded hotels. It's perfectly clean and comfortable. Things are a bit dinged up, but far from dysfunctional or depressing. It's quite good value for Shanghai. Immediate neighborhood is bland and traffic-swamped, but it is a short walk to the relatively funky shopping and restaurants of Taikang Road and not too far a walk for HuaiHai Road's shopping and dining areas. Not a bad walk to the Metro--though it's the not very useful Line 9, so many destinations are a connection and be aware the 9 shuts down early. Contrary to what some posts have said, I found the staff very pleasant and cooperative.

Horrible customer services

This was the first time for my husband in shanghai, the location is not convenient as described, basically you have to take a cab teverywhere you need to go! The services are very bad, people there are not helpful and pleasant, they reuse room keys which is normal until one stops working and they charge you $50 to replace card with another old room key unbelievable !! Hope you know your way around or have a tour guide because they are no help at front desk & same with the doormen !

整體來說真是太差了,雖然訂房時已經知道飯店的等級, 但是房間內沒冰箱跟網頁上標示的完全不一樣.且詢問後告知是因為飯店正在更換設備所以有很多是沒有的,且在入住時也不會主動跟客人告知等到客人詢問才願意說.很明顯有不實.且因為沒冰箱所以要求了送冰塊服務 不但被口氣差的兇回服務員還會說酒店品質差如果不滿意可以退房 之意.當下要求找主管處理還會回復你現在沒有主管有問題明天再說. 當前去櫃檯時發現 櫃檯人員居然穿涼拖鞋上班.這間酒店真是太有趣了 後來還發現有服務員在餐廳睡覺...真是好混的一間酒店.應該為他們大聲的喝彩....建議要訂此酒店也請先再三確認房間設備.甚至入住時的房間狀況因為會讓你感覺房間像是被用過的一樣...

設備は古いが、快適に滞在できるホテル

地下鉄から徒歩圏にあり、夜間の騒音も少なかった。 残念なのはタオル類が古く、設備も改装が必要と思う。 もともとの部屋の広さやシャワー室とバスタブが分離している構造など快適過ごせた。 向かいのマッサージ屋はコストパフォーマンスがよい。
