Nice hotel, bit far away from most things and the subway. Strong cirgerette smell if we didn't have the bathroom exhaust fans on. Room is not soundproof but property wasn't offensively noisy.

Love the ambiance and interior in the hotels, cozy and relax. The special check in process explanation is amazing and love the scent makes me felt relax. Bringing my kid travel along, and she love it. Nearby Qibao ancient town and hotel located in a compound that has parent-child activities. Definitely will come back.

It was definitely over rated on Expedia. The rating of “exceptional” is absolutely misleading! The shower room is not clean. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Not a convenient location as you will have to grab a cab to anywhere! The closest mall or subway station is ¥16-18 away from this facility!

Truly a wonderful facility!!! My daughter and I stayed two nights and loved the room. It was clean, modern, architecturally interesting and did I mention sooo clean. The location was perfect to be part of the local community, parks, shopping mall and ancient town. We walked everywhere. The breakfast area and common areas were also so clean and interesting to be in. I highly recommend this facility.

第一天入住因熱水壺內有水垢［壺內蓋，壺內］換了一次。地板乾淨度6-7分。 第2天到退房，才發現客務清潔方面有點懶，也才發現原來我房是少了1-2樣標配［擴香石］--他們職員直到我講才發現客房阿姨沒給我。 沖水馬桶的提示標籤字太小。 早餐偶爾新鮮［沙拉菜，就最後一天最新鮮。比較多加工類食物：小香腸，飲品沒水，只有咖啡，橙汁，牛奶，紅茶。會有粥，油條，炒飯，炒韓國粉絲］ 職員很友善挺熱情，會聆聽你所說的問題，改善。 但我13號在這軟件問問題，我都去到上海2-3天才收到回覆。這感覺有點弱。。。
