有服務員也是一臉臭臉 我都已經在面前請問了 還裝作沒看到 有一天這個旅館還辦粉絲見面會

很讓人不開心的住宿體驗 常常打電話到房間 也會來敲門 我都說等一下了 還直接開門 讓人覺得不受尊重 有服務員也是一臉臭臉 我都已經在面前請問了 還裝作沒看到 有一天這個旅館還辦粉絲見面會 一堆人到旅館來 超級吵鬧 實在不知道旅館為什麼要開放這個活動 還有帳務也問題 但也沒有用好的服務態度跟客戶溝通 實在很不好 附近環境也沒有什麼可以吃的 只有離地鐵站進了一點 但旅館前都在施工 環境不是很好

酒店无法提供发票，网站也无法提供发票，只有随意开出收据。试问只要是正规公司都不可能接受收据报销的！？出差的人千万不要选择这个店！！！而且态度恶劣，一副你都住完了，你能拿他怎么办的样子！！

如果還沒準備好，就不要急著開幕！

2018年才推出的新飯店，很新，新到連餐廳都沒有準備好。。。 我們這次入住的是4樓，只要用過洗手間，整個房間就會散發難聞的糞味！和一樓櫃枱反應，櫃枱二話不說就立刻換了間同樓層的同型房，不過結果還是一樣！！所以應該是整個樓層管線的問題。因為只住兩晚，也就懶得再換房。 退房後，才發現小米手環遺放在床頭櫃，打電話和櫃台詢問，櫃台說要問一下房務人員再回覆之，至今也一直沒任何下文。。。
