Welcome to Sierra Pines Villa, a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat nestled in the stunning Shaver Lake area! This spacious mountain villa is perfect for family reunions, group getaways, and multi-family trips, offering plenty of space, top-tier amenities, and year-round adventure.

When you rent our villa, you will have the entire cabin during your stay. You have access to the entire home. I'll send you a personalized key code one week before check-in. Access is that easy :) The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year-round and we want to respect that.

We’ve partnered with Safely to provide protection during your stay, included in your rental rate. This coverage includes up to $3,000 for accidental contents damage and up to $500,000 for accidental property damage or bodily injury. Full terms will be provided in your welcome message. There is no public transportation in Shaver Lake. In the winter you will want a 4 wheel drive vehicle or snow chains.

Host was great, cabin needs a little TLC to move up to 5* Host appreciated knowing things that were “amiss” and plans to fix. Most notably for future guests that are disabled or “shaky walkers” is that no bedrooms are in main floor and stairs are steep and narrow, making retiring for the night a bit precarious for those with mobility issues (like one of our party). Also, mountain internet is not adequately predictable for steaming (at least as of this writing).

Annual Shaver Lake Fishing Trip

It was a great trip, all of agreed that the cabin was very nice and completely met our needs in terms of accommodations and amenities. One consensus from the group was the beds were outstanding. Jamie was extremely helpful and look forward to working with her in the future.

Shaver Lake & China Peak - Awesome time

First, I have to say, my family has severe allergies to PET dander and this home had absolutely NO pet dander. This was a HUGE relief. So many properties are not safe for the 20% of the world population who cannot be around pets, and it causes them to not rent vacations homes most of the time. We usually go for a pet free hotel… along with the other 20% of the world. My family and extended family stayed in this Shaver Lake VRBO for a fun gathering. The home is nice, it’s clean, and it has all the things you need for cooking. There is a regular coffee pot available, (in addition to the pictured Keurig), which is what we like to use. We had a young married couple, and two older couples in our group, in addition to 2 other young women. We put the young couple in a queen room, the oldest couple in the master bedroom, and my husband and I stayed downstairs on the bottom level. The young women used the remaining bedrooms. It was nice for my husband and I to have the entire bottom floor with our bedroom and our own full bathroom. The sleeping arrangements & 4 full bathrooms worked well for us! We found there were extra blankets in the drawers on the bottom floor. Everyone needed an extra blanket, because we keep it cold inside for the guys. One thing to think about is the number of stairs, because there are 3 stories. We had no problems with stairs... but we are all in good health. There is one suggestion… a hot tub would go well outside the double doors on the bottom floor.

Great Family Vacation Getaway

First vacation with entire family 11 total. Plenty of bedrooms (5) and bathrooms (4). Bathroom and linens were clean and nice. Floors need some deep cleaning. Shaver Lake is close lots of hiking and activities for all. Beautiful area! We would go again.

Great weekend and shaver!

The cabin was very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. The property management is wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. I do have a few recommendations for the owners to get the front door fixed every time the kids go outside you have to deadbolt lock it because the door handle is broken and the door won’t stay shut. Which becomes a problem the front door is constantly open which makes the cabin cold . Also a basket of throw blankets would be nice make it feel a little more cozy. Overall the property was very good.

Perfect place for large family
