Had a nice stay here! The highlight was definitely the really big pool — surprisingly large for a hotel, and a great spot to relax. Breakfast was okay; there were enough options to fill up, though the seating area felt a bit confusing and crowded at times. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool alone makes it worth considering if you’re in the area!

Shirr drapes were very dirty. Dead Bugs in bathroom light but better than liv bugs in the bed. No dressers. Microwave on a shelf over my head. Only one chair in room to sit upright in. There was a couch but very deep for just sitting but had to use it because bed was just terrible on my back. Not the greatest hotel for sleeping/resting and the price you are charged is very very over priced for what you get!

The water features in the pool were enjoyable. You have to ask to have it turned on though. The hot tub was working but really really hot. Desk staff was amazing! Doing more than they should (because cleaning staff knows NO ENGLISH), so they had to leave the desk to deal with issues. Biggest drawback is the water is very very hard. You can feel how hard when you wash your hands or take a shower.

Everything was fine. The only complaint is that there was no caffeinated coffee on Saturday morning. I understand that they were super busy and the manager had been working a ton and they didn’t want to bring him back after he’d pulled a double, but, it was a bummer!

We were pleased with our room and the staff. There was a pervasive smell of old cigarette smoke, covered up by lots of room spray and cleaners.
