Great hotel in the centre of the city, close to coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, modern and quiet hotel with very friendly stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here on a city break.

The location is perfect for all central amenities. The upstairs bar and restaurant with Balcony is stunning. We had a standard room and it was bigger than most we’ve stayed in, with s as ll new modern fittings. Very efficient staff snd excellent breakfast. Would certainly stay again.

Great hotel in good location.

Hotel is in a great central location. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Service in the bar was very slow, there had been a concert in the city so bar was busy but only one member of staff serving. Otherwise an enjoyable nights stay.

Nice hotel but food & drink need to improve.

New hotel so clean & modern with everything we needed. Good central location. Breakfast was tasty but not much to choose from & some of the “hot” food had gone cold. No cutlery on the table, had to ask for some. No one cleared plates despite wandering past numerous times. There were only about 10 people in the restaurant so no excuse for lazy, inattentive service. There was a sign at the front door advertising 2 for 1 cocktails at the terrace bar. Upon arriving at the bar, there was no cocktail menu & the mojitos we ordered were made with a bottled cocktail mix in a whisky type glass. No crushed ice, 1 sprig of mint, the tiniest slice of lime & half a glass of soda. Very disappointing & tastless. Even worse that the bar tender charged me £28 until I questioned the 2 for 1 offer that was advertised at the front door. Nice hotel but food & drink need to improve.
