I was in Shenzhen for a meeting at Shenzhen exhibition center, the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is great, very beautiful inside and outside. The decorations combine Chinese and western culture and have beautiful scent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a great location with friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms are great size and well setup. Would highly recommend for stay in shenzhen. Easy walk to coco park and has a mall right outside the hotel area with lots of dining options.

The staff are great. Very helpful and attentive. Check in was so efficient. Special shout to Holden at front desk who got my husband an extra bed. And Cherry at the lounge who helped us to book the lights tickets.
If you have 3 adults, take the Horizon executive room which offers amazing views and club lounge access

Very close to all shopping for high and medium high end fashion. Close to food. Very convenient! The best is the train station is right there and walk for only 10 minutes to get there.

The hotel is nice but not the top notch in terms of decor and facilities. The staff are courteous and helpful. The Horizon Club felt underwhelming in the choice of food and ambiance, and it was crowded most of the time. Everything was clean at all times. The location was perfect.
