Great option for families and business. Variety of shops and shopping centers all within walking distance. 5 minute walk from two subway stations. Staff is fantastic. Housekeeping recognized my daughters pillow fort and left it as is during cleaning.

When you are told that your second room will take 30minutes and it takes 90mins, and then you are told that you will be brought your room key but you have to go down to the desk three times to request it, it means your stay starts with a bitter taste. Everything was fine for a hotel in this category. Little delighted. I have stayed previously but was in a Club room and the experience was much better.
