Nice Hotel

This place is really nice and has great view of area. Everyone was nice and helpful, even though most of them didn't speak English. (My mandarin is horrible). The only complaint I have is even if I put the do not disturb sign. The cleaner still comes in if you are not there. Not sure if every hotel in ShenZhen does that, but make sure you lock everything up and put everything that you don't want them to touch on the side.

Good hotel, good rate.

It was a convenient location for my business needed to be done. My overall rating for the hotel is 4.5 out of 5. The buffet breakfast is Western style but mixture with Chinese, better than minimal Continental breakfast. The only drawback was somewhat language barrier. It seems like there is few English speaker in the staff, so if she or he is not available, it takes time to communicate. It is not an international hotel, but for local people... Oh, certain floor has no access to wifi, so they moved me up to the 12th floor.

Great place to put your unwanted inlaws

This hotel in Shenzhen is pretty far from the main part of downtown, but still in the city. It is a 30 min cab to LoHu station. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant next door had good steaks and Sushi from the menu, but a street vendor quality buffet. All areas of the hotel and restaurant were dirty and smell of being washed with dirty old mops. Room was terrible with stains on everything and a very hard bed. This is a post KTV party and flop house. I would only put those I don't like in this hotel and visit them for dinner!
