Enjoyable stay

Once I finally made it (as the various maps did not have it in the correct location), all went well. Friendly greeting. Much help, including being guided to the room. Very clean. For a first in a hotel with carpeting, no notable carpet stains! I opted for the least expensive room, as the size and design was exactly the same as the next price up, and had a lovely view of the building next door. (I'm thinking that's the difference - not a real issue for me.) Being a transition time of year for temperature, the cooling air was not on and it was a bit stuffy (even with fan on) until into the night. Mattress was not hard, but was still quite firm. My refrigerator didn't work well, but we came up with a solution to keep items chilled until I needed them. Plenty of space. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast buffet has great variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Not that far from a subway station, also.

Convenient hotel for business

This is a good hotel if you are doing business in the Nanshan area of Shenzhen. Access from the airport via taxi is easy - less than 30 minutes without traffic. It is within 5 minutes' walk of Taoyuan Station on subway line 1. It is on a quiet street. There are numerous restaurants around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has everything you need, but has nothing particularly exciting: there is a western and a Chinese restaurant, but no bar.

Nice hotel with Singaporean colors

the hotel is very nice, the hotel staff is great, the breakfast is very good. the colors used the decoration (purple) make me a little depressed but this could be my personal problem. there was some noise, like a pump working, coming from the wall at night which interfered with my sleep.

modern hotel, close to the metro station

This is a modern business hotel. The checking-in was fast and the staff spoke good English. Room had strong chemical odor upon entering on the day of arrival; no problem after that. It was hot in Shenzhen at the time of my visit (June/July) but the AC system was good. The breakfast was excellent with many western and Chinese choices. Only one English station on TV.
