Beds were great and comfortable, which is a big reason to stay at a nice hotel, but for the money you spend you would expect everything else to be working properly. Shower faucet was not working correctly. Hot water spit out when you had it on cold and could not change the temperature. The toilet was barely flushing and we were scared to use it too much. The sink was gurgling and draining very slow, which makes me thing there's major plumbing issues. The outlets on the night stand were pushed out of the housing and not working. I spent a lot of money a few weeks ago at this hotel for two night. The first room they gave me stunk of sewage, but the next one was great. I knew what I was spending, so can't complain much. But this trip was not great and we were too tired to change rooms again. We were late checking in after being with a loved one in the hospital all day. I just think there are many pluming issues that need to be addressed and then this hotel can become great again.

Hotel is beautiful, employees nice, accessible Starbucks, parking very convenient across the street, dinner was great. Room #1 had no hot water. Moved to room #2 which had hot water but shower head shook when turned on and it sounded like a freight train was on the other side of the shower.
