The AC didn’t work. The room and hotel itself was filthy. The front desk staff was gone for 30 minutes when we tried to first check in. There was another guest there and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We left and searched for another room. Unfortunately everything booked. Came back and that same guest said she waited 20 minutes and no one came so she left as well but had to come back. Wingate was the worst stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again!

first room that we were in smelled like mildew and the window was open. All the hot air was coming in so we got our room changed, but the bathtub looked dirty and the next morning there was no available free breakfast because the person who cooked called in sick we did not get any compensation.
