Save your money

The room smelled like mold/mildew. The pillows sucked. There were only a few TV channels. The in room coffee maker was old. I was charged more than the booking price by over $20. There was no one at the front desk upon check-out. They had a piece of paper that stated if you want a receipt to leave your email address, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. There was also issues with the elevator and I have a handicapped person in my group.

Upon check in, the room has NO soap in the dispensers, NO working TV, and NO working phone to call the front desk. In fact, the phone cord was ripped out of the wall. We had to go back down to the lobby to ask about the TV and we were told the entire hotel didn’t have a working TV. I pray we don’t find bed bugs…

The lobby as you walk in! A wall of marijuana smoke/smell hit us all at once. It was nauseating and overwhelming. The room was not cleaned very well, even the bathroom floor was dirty. Not staying here again - EVER!

Choose somewhere else

Went up to room and it had 2 twin beds instead of 1 king size bed. Went back down and front desk said that’s all they had. Room was last updated in the 1980’s, shower didn’t work, everything broken or worn out in the room, sanitation questionable. Just stay somewhere else. This place is terrible.
