Always a good stay. Staff lovely, rooms excellent, towels always big and fluffy (these things matter). Only thing that could be better is the wi-fi connection. Especially if you stay on the top floor.

The rooms here are so nice. Clean, the fluffiest big towels (makes such a difference) comfortable beds. Everything you need in the room. The only thing that’s not great is the WiFi. I was on the top floor and couldn’t pick it up at all.

Staff great and friendly. Room was fabulous (room 6). Nice big soft towels, so often the case that these important attentions to detail are missed, but not here. Spot on. Great 4 poster bed. Good standard pub menu for dinner but all good value and tasty. Only tiny moan would be the WiFi was pretty poor in the room but I just tethered to my 4g on my phone. Have already booked again.
