The staff was incredible! They did everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel was located in a very convenient location. Close to many good restaurants and Pub Street. The spa was wonderful and the manager was so helpful and accommodating. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend to others.

Had a 7 night stay and everything was perfect. Hotel is very clean and the room was big, the staff here are all so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Had many massages which were all wonderful and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit here. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is unbelievably welcoming and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean and the food was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is a good hotel, but not great. This hotel is a three star hotel. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. The pools at both hotels, ( you have to cross the road for breakfast at the other hotel), are exposed, so there is no privacy and people can see you, that's why you never see anybody using the pool. There is a difference between traditional and dated. The rooms are dated with worn wood. If you stay on the first floor at Temple boutique, you will hear birds chirping all night long. I got moved to the 3rd floor which was bearable with the A/C on. Though I did have a leaking sink drain there which they fixed. It started leaking again on checkout day. Two members of staff stood out. Nary at reception who dealt with everything and apologised. The second is Rin at breakfast who understands true hospitality. Both are stars! All the other staff I came across throughout my stay were also attentive, polite and respectful, I am talking about cleaners, security etc. Would I stay here again? NO. Unless you turn it into a true 5 star hotel. MANAGEMENT you need to INVEST in your property. Flies and mosquitos at reception toilets are unacceptable, as are cloth towels there (unhygienic). A/C at reception is a must! Please do not serve cardboard bread at breakfast. The crust was tough!! What hotel does not have a TV that you can just switch on and catch up with the news. Apparently you need to have a TV stick and be shown how to get channels!

I would stay here again. It the heart of the action yet quiet at night. Styled with a modern take on the temples you're probably here to see. Probably the best massage I've ever had. Can't forget the friendly staff atvthe breakfast buffet I made my ritual to see every morning.

The staff at this resort are the best ive experienced in 45 countries. Absolutely amazing, can never do enough for you. A bit of confusion upon arrival, got 'upgraded' to a suite in the sister hotel across the road. Breakfast and pool are available to all guests in both resort's. Quality, service and location were all perfection. Could not recommend more highly

Great hotel at the heart of the city. Close to the Pub Street and the night market so loads of dining options and great for souvenir shopping. Staff were amazing and very helpful, definitely the highlight of the hotel, couldn't commend them enough. The room was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Had to get the staff for a firestick to watch live tv due to some works as otherwise the option would be either YouTube or Netflix. The signal for the firestick wasn't great but since we didn't spend much time in the room, wasn't a massive issue. Breakfast was at their sister hotel across the road. It was very good on two occasions but on one, when we had a bit of a lie in and went later at 8.30am, the hot buffet wasn't replenished so was scrapping the dried up spaghetti. The manager at our hotel said he would speak to them but wouldn't hold it against them since it is at a different property. Had dinner a couple of times and a complementary lunch at the hotel, which was excellent so very happy with both the service and the food. All in all, very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we ever go back to Siem Reap.

So you would think a Hotel with a perfect rate on Hotels.com / Expedia is suspicious and can't be for real, right? But Golden Temple Boutique hotel managed to be simply the perfect stay in Cambodia. I wished i had stayed longer there and i was truely sad to leave. The staff is simply amazing, they will make you feel like Kings and Queens thewhile entire stays. On top of that,if you select their tour packages, you will be in for an amazing curated experie ce that never feels dull and that always manages to impress you at every turn.Shout out to our tour guide Kim and the driver Soun, they really made us feel like we were the most welcome in their country. Honestly don't be scared to come to Cambodia, there are a LOT, LOT, of worse places to be in the world!

An amazing hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. The staff and services were exceptional, and we were greeted with a beautiful welcome drink and snack. The hotel’s spa was also magnificent. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return on my next visit.
