Everything about this hotel was beautiful and well designed. The staff went above and beyond to help make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was centrally located, it is a block from pub street and so close to the night market and other shopping. Great restaurants nearby The staff were all very kind, the food was great, the pool is beautiful and the room and grounds were impeccable. I hope I get to go back.

My wife and I are having a Southeast Asia trip and this property has been the best out of 6 hotels we have stayed in so far. The staff are beyond great human beings you can just feel their kind energy all around the hotel. I normally don’t use the swimming pools at hotels, but it was impossible no to swim in this gorgeous swimming pool. The Spa area was fantastic, best massage ever. Food was delicious and they helped us arranging airport pick up and tours. 10/10

Out of this world service! Every single one of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and memorable. We got a room upgrade, a free bottle of wine, a free lunch and a free dinner at two Fine dining restaurants with transportation included, and a free spa massage during check in, for a price that we couldn't wrap our heads around (comparable to fraction of a dinner for two at a mediocre restaurant back home). The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Drinking water is provided. Breakfast is delicious, abundant and varied, with both, local and international options to choose from, and they even had a vegetarian menu with no extra charge. The typical dance show was very nice to watch. You can see the stories behind and how the movements of the dancers connect with their culture and way of living. I could go on and on sharing many details, but it will make my review boring 😉 Special shout out to: Nary, Theary, Vyctoria, Yuth, our tuk-tuk driver Seth, our taxi transfer driver Preng (a.k.a James Bond 😅), my massage lady Song, all the breakfast staff, and really everyone during our stay. Highly recommend the Khmer Journey massage by the way 👌

This place is amazing!! We pulled up and it didn’t even look like a hotel. We were greeted immediately. This hotel outshined all the hotels we stayed in Cambodia and we stayed at a lot. The staff was amazing. Each and everyone of them. They gave us our welcome drink and checked us in and went over everything.I let them know that I would be celebrating my birthday ahead of time and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They set the room up so beautifully and they even came to my room and sang Happy Birthday. That was such a surprise! I just happened to have my phone in my hand when they rang the doorbell because I thought they were bringing the luggage in and when I opened the door, they stood there singing Happy Birthday to me with a fruit cake. I was touched!! With VIP, we were given a bottle of wine. The open bathroom was unusual but workable. Our room also came with a bathtub, although we didn’t use it. I loved that we could sit on the balcony and have a drink or sit on the sofa and just relax. The TV worked and I was able to watch YouTube or Netflix when not out on the bustling amazing Streets of Siem Reap. We dined in the restaurant a couple times. Service was great, the food and drinks were just okay, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Our only disappointment was we wanted to stay an extra night, but the cost was more per night than we had already paid so we decided to go somewhere else. Other than that, we had a marvelous time at Golden Temple.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We noticed that most of the other good hotels are on the edge of town, whereas this is very well located in the centre. We liked the room (a large size) the bathroom (very modern) and the balcony. The breakfast and spa and pool were very good too.

Staying at The Golden Boutique in Siem Reap was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond — their kindness and attention made me feel like a queen. I also tried the blind massage they offer, and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended if you’re looking for comfort, care, and a unique experience in Siem Reap!

This hotel was much more than just a quick stay. The staff was some of the kindest people I have ever met. They went above and beyond and were so personable. They became friends that we hope to see again very soon. Very convenient location and was very safe. The hotel set up all our tours for us, and they were great! Choub and Ron were our tour guides — highly recommend that you request them! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable but also a blast to be with! Thank you for the experience of a lifetime!

Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap

A wonderful boutique hotel in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from Pub Street with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff made us feel very welcome and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.
