MR. KIM AND STAFF WELCOMING!!!!

Mr. Kim and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious. Hotels.com advertised free breakfast, dinner and minibar. On arrival I showed Mr. Kim the offer. We did get breakfast, one free lunch and two free massages. It was explained that the offer on the site was outdated yet I booked it day of. All in all Mr.Kim made a fair compromise. Tour from the hotel in a Tuc Tuc to Angkor Wat was good and inexpensive. Siem Reap is laid back and good for 3 days!

I booked the honey moon sweet but we had to change room 3 times until I was given the right room, cause I kept showing them that was not what I booked. In the end the room was ok, but disappointed as it was not fully what was advertised

Great stay

Great stay staff were lovely we booked the honeymoon suite most comfortable bed and great pillows room could've done with a little TLC but still good. Pool was nice extremely refreshing and the staff behind the bar were really nice great cocktails. The guys in the breakfast room were really helpful and polite big downside all the hotfood was stonecold every morning and quite a limited choice of food and tea was like dishwater .

Great location for discovering Siem Reap. Walkable to bustling city center with its night markets, Pub Street, etc. Yet, quiet enough to relax and enjoy some of the smaller cafes located within 2 or 3 blocks.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in south east asia. Mr. Kim provided phenomenal customer service in every regard. While I was there I suffered an unfortunate accident and Mr Kim treated me like his family, even taking me to the local hospital. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Mr Kim and the staff at King Rock Hotel. From the beautiful and clean accommodations to the food and customer service, this hotel experience was amazing!!!!

The website photos being a lie

Disappointed, what we see in hotel and hotel.com website of the appearance was totally different. The entrance, reception, restaurant are run down and looks old. The food for breakfast was not good and cat roaming around the tables and also jump on empty chairs and tables. The room balcony not clean and the towels are felt like rugs.

It is a nicely designed small Cambodian hotel in an undeveloped quiet area yet is very convenient for walking into the town.The rooms are well appointed with huge beds and walk in showers. The hotel’s staff are charming and their Tuk Tuk driver Mr Sopha did a great job driving us around the temples.

Good Value for Bucks

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is within 5 minutes walk to Pub Street and Night Market. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern designed and spacious. The AC works well and good water pressure for the shower. The selection and quality of breakfast need to be improved.

Service was amazing, the staff were super polite and always smiling and helpful. Tuk tuk driver came to pick us up from the airport. Most people could speak adequate English. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Siem Reap at this hotel :)
