DINING ROOM & LOUNGE:
Conveniently sitting at the backside of the villa is the dining room linked by a large party of stairs to the slightly lowered terrace. Enjoying plenty views to the pool and surrounding garden. It connects as well to the staircase leading to the bedrooms and provides an access to the bar and coffee pantry linking the fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides offer a natural breeze and plenty of daylight comes through the large window with a view of the pool on the groudfloor, the sundeck and the incline of the slope wright next to it.
LIVING ROOM:
Siting majestically on the first floor it is the first space to welcome visitors of the villa. Itâs high ceiling with elegant elevations provides indirect sunlight to highlight the size of the room. It is joined by a balcony running along the whole length of the living room. Providing shade for direct sunlight and offering vistas of the lush garden at the bottom of a slope. The balcony is separated by a large party of sliding windows that all open up. Looking over to the West it provides cozy seats to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
GARDEN & POOL:
The villa is submerged in greenery with plenty of diversity. The large garden surrounds the villa and acts like a seamless extension of the indoor spaces. A slope in the garden provides a close connection between the garden and every floor of the villa. It assures as well privacy for those wishing to enjoy relaxing pool time. The propertyâs pool sits at the back of the villa. It is attended to every weekday for cleaning and to measure the quality of itâs water.
BEDROOMS:
Rose Apple Residences hosts five bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. These are all located on the ground floor with floor to ceiling glass doors opening up to the garden at the North side of the villa. Thus providing fresh rooms throughout the year. The concrete floors and light wood enhance also here the comfortable temperatures of the rooms. Thereâs a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walking closet. The other four guest rooms have each two rooms sharing a bathroom, with a separate toilet room, in front of them.
Guest access:
The spacious five bedroom villa shares the entrance and parking space with it's twin villa. Both properties are further completely separated by careful and elegant greenery to guarantee privacy for visitors on either side. At daytime housekeeping is present to maintain the villa and attend the rooms. A concierge visits regularly and an operation team is 24hr present on mobile to facilitate a smooth stay for every visitor.There's a 24hr guard living in onsite and operating the gate while providing emergency contact in case necessary.

Inspired by travelers we have been hosting guests since 2008. Having had my own hotel, together with my husband - married since 2009 - from Belgium, we have build plenty of experience to assist any guest to Siem Reap. We master communication in several languages and know the ever-changing city of Siem Reap and the activities and sights in the surrounding very well.
I'm friendly outgoing and care to hear every visitor is at ease. I'm very available and ready to assist anywhere necessary. I oversea the rooms and common areas prior to your arrival. I'll be the one personally welcoming you on arrival whether at the airport or at the villa. I'm also sending you our groceries list, so you can have what you require setup prior to your arrival at the villa.
I'm at the head of the concierge team ready to provide any arrangements and to ensure the quality of your stay with us. Together with the villa team we have setup a great menu for food or set menu's for lunch and dinner.
